I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. I will have a scheduled appointment and arrive and the door is locked, nobody is there. I will call several time. She will not answer but finally text and ask me to drive all the way to her house. That has happened so many times. Other times she would say can I come back another day, this happened several times. Then she start say she was in a car accident; this happed about 5 or 6 times; I am surprise she can still walk. When I do get an appointment in with her, I do not see any signs of her being in an accident. She will go so far as to send me photos of some random car accident. Just not reliable or committed to her customers or her business. She is extremely sweet and nice. She does very very very good work if you can get her to actually do your lashes. After this last disappointment when I depended on her to do my lashes again for a very special event only for her to tell me via text to come the next day, I had to find another place for an emergency appointment. Prior to this appointment, I had been texting her a week in advance as a reminder, I texted almost everyday and she did not even have the courtesy to call or text me back. She decided to text me 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to say come the next day. This was my very last straw. Stick a fork in me because I am done. I tried to work with her but enough is enough. Let's pray for her that she becomes committed to her customers and business.

Came in for a refill 2 weeks later with L eye barely having anything left. And mind you, I know how to keep lash extensions and this is definitely not my first rodeo. My refill didn't even last a whole week and I literally cannot justify spending money here for terrible quality lash glue that they're using!!! Lastly, I mentioned to Vicky the owner how she did both my friend and sister wrong and explained that I had recommended her bc I thought her work was great! I told her it's not cool that my sister booked with her and she had a different lash artist work on my sister for the first time visit. My sister called and told me she didn't like her lashes and it was two completely diff style. Later, my friend booked but wasn't informed that Monday they're closed. She waited outside and mind you, she got a confirmation text for her appointment. Well, it never happened. She also did not have a response after reaching out to her regarding the two incidents. She just literally left me on "read". Very profession! Sike! Vicky clearly doesn't know how to run a business nor care about losing clients. I've been coming to her for over a year and definitely felt like I was going to stick around. Overtime now, I just feel like she can care less about quality, and at this point she can get more appointments in by controlling everyone else's time, and using cheap lash glue. I get soooo much compliments about my lashes when I go to her. From the Sephora workers to even straight men at the apple store. I went with Hybrid lashes for half a year and switched over to Classics the other half. I honestly love both. These lashes are minks so it's darker and it adds a bit of "pop" to your eyes. They also don't weigh down your lashes so that just means the lashes aren't thick and heavy. Til this day my lashes are still long, healthy and strong Other lash artists typically just lay you down, start putting the lashes on right away, and once you're done they give you a brush then send you on your way. But not Ms. Prissy. She starts her process off with a "lash bath", where she cleans the lashes of any makeup residue & other dirty particles. Once the lashes are clean and dry, she puts a primer on (it basically sucks all the oils out of your lashes to help with retention, which helps the lashes to hang on longer), then she starts working on the lashes, and once you're done she puts a bonding glue on top which helps seal everything together. Once your eyes are open & ready to go she gives you a brush and ALWAYS tell you "make sure 48 hours" meaning DO NOT WET YOUR LASHES FOR 48 HOURS. If you need to wash your hair, wash your hair before coming to your appointment is my suggestion. These steps right here ladies & gentlemen is literally what I look for in every lash artist that I go to. Not only is her work of art is amazing, but it shows that she cares about sanitization, the extra steps into making your eyes look beautiful and stay on longer. I'd like to add that she's very light handed & neat but she does go to town & get it done perfectly. Every time I open my eyes I am never disappointed by her work. I can literally open my eyes and not look in the mirror and be filled with joy when I see them in my car. My lashes usually last about 3-4 weeks til I need a refill. For a girl who touches her eyes & scratches it a lot, that's a pretty long time if you ask me!
