This location is located in the same plaza as Saint Laurent and Hermes, along with other stores and brands. There is parking and valet parking but keep in mind when you go that you may need to circle for a spot, especially if you go during a peak time. It's a beautifully laid out store with a great variety of jewelry, watches, accessories, and some stationary items. Because I was there the day after Christmas, I put my name on a wait list to see the watch maker. It took some time as there were people ahead of me, but when the watchmaker was available, he was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He explained the timing, details of the service I was requesting, and where the watch would go for service. I felt confident and decided to go ahead with the service. He promised to keep me in the loop throughout the process. Around early February I received a call from the watch maker saying my watch was back from being serviced. I drove down around store opening and was able to receive my watch back promptly with a travel pouch to carry it in. When I went to pick up my watch on Friday, the store was quiet and not as busy as the first time I went. (I spoke with a clerk over the phone prior to picking up my watch and she explained that week days were quieter and often one did not need an appointment - she explained weekends and holidays are busier.) The store is a beautiful location and has a lot of natural lighting. They did an excellent job with my watch and I was pleased with the work.

Pricing was reasonable for this piece and it was in very good condition for its age. Pricing does vary on the other items I saw and tried on, due to designer, condition, and age. I walked in and there were a lot of employees around with only one or two customers inside. I walked for a minute or two until someone decided to help me. This guy was really nice and I told him what I had come in the store for. I had to clarify I wanted the small size key pouch and not the actual smallest pouch. They have updated sizes now. They had it in stock and he went to wrap it up for me. During this time I had wandered off to check out the new beauty section. I had to find him to get my bag and was not offered water or anything while I waited. I was probably in the store for less than 10 minutes. This isn't a bad thing but the experience was just rushed. I didn't even know his name. He was friendly but it wasn't a luxury experience.

I really wished they had some cute women's jackets similar to the kids ones, they lacked cute colors pink purple green HELLO, and the adult jacket pocket style was a bit different. I don't buy items with metal zippers that can rust or bang around in the washer dryer and get nicked. Vince worked really hard to sign us up for the membership which we hope will afford us some coupons in the future and Chloe was very nice as well, letting us hold an item to purchase the next day and maximize our benefit of signing up for the membership. We interacted with several other employees who were so nice and also were very understanding about my little boy who was wanting to pretend to do some cooking near the camping stuff. It's a really big store so I can see why some other people have said they were approached several times and I actually appreciate that much more than having to look for someone. In a big store this is the difference between a customer just saying oh well and walking out since the plaza brings in lots of browsers. I would be so happy to have these people working for me as they took every opportunity to inform, ask fact finding questions, offer products, have relevant conversation, show interest in my child. The flagship store is in Sag harbor and there are other locations in Nashville, Houston, Greenwich, and Charleston. Love Shack Fancy stores are very romantic and charming. Each store is influenced by its location. The Palm Beach store which opened in December of 2019 was the third location. I have previously been to the Coconut Grove store which is much larger than this one. The aesthetic of the two stores is the same though, shabby chic. The clothes are very feminine with pink and florals although some items are offered in blue and white. They sell clothing for women and girls, accessories, and home goods. I love to look around in the stores but I would never buy anything. A dress is over $500 while a simple T shirt is over $100. Of course you get excellent customer service but I think they are way over priced but they are located in the right place. Palm Beach County has around 44 billionaires and I am sure many more millionaires. Price is not a problem if you live on the island.
