This location is smaller than the one I've visited in Los Angeles on Melrose, but it is beautifully curated and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It is along the stretch of Worth Ave where most of the premium brands and their stores are. You may park either in a public lot or find a pay-for spot on the street. For the latter, it is better to try to go before the stores open for a good spot. (As you can pay for the amount of time you wish to spend there and walk along all of the shops during your visit.) The racks were labeled clearly with various designers or collections, such as Chanel Edit, Special Occasion, etc. The clothes curated there for that location were more fitting to Palm Beach, as I saw more warmer weather styles, vibrant colors, and fun prints. The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. I did try some pieces on, but didn't purchase as I was not 100% in love with the items once I tried them on or looked them over. Overall, this is a fun location to stop into. The staff here were more friendly and approachable, which helped to make the experience a pleasant one. read more

The RealReal Store is small consignment store that sells a lot of preowned designer items including handbags, clothes, jewelry and more. Whatever you see online they can transfer in the store so you can see in person. There are some good deals if you know your products. read more

Terrible experience at Palm Beach location (and I really mean terrible) , the last two times I visited. I have been a long time seller/buyer at the Real Real, can not say I have any complaints about the company itself, things usually go well. and Palm Beach location is the location I would always go to ( over 3 years now). not sure what happened the last couple of months, but the store I used to love visiting, I am terrified to go in now ! There is one employee who clearly has personal issues with me (which I have no idea why, because I never seen her before except for the last 2 times I visited) she goes way out of her way to make sure I have a bad experience. It's the strangest thing. Maybe because I am not white, is that why, I truly do not know. She belittles me and makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it felt like she took so much joy in doing so on both my visits. I think if you come in here with the right expectations you'll like it, and even though opinions on fashion are subjective, this is my review so take it with a grain of salt... The store being *very* disheveled and the fact that nearly ALL of the sunglasses were very loose/stretched out (I swear I have a normal sized head) is the reason for docking two stars. On to the fashion: So just keep in mind the store is buying from palm beachers and really intermix/bottega Veneta/loewe is more my style I guess. I was very excited to visit, but quickly got bored by the selection - lots of bright colors and all the jewelry was diamond/flashy jewelry :::yawn::: I feel like if they curated the store themselves I.e. purchased things from the realreal website they could have a really cool selection. But hey, maybe that's not what sells! Everyone in the store, including the security guard, was very nice so there's a plus! I saw a nice shirt by khaite that was really beautiful and they had a mad et Len candle (love their volcanic rock potpourri) other than that I was lukewarm on the selection, but go visit anyway, you're tastes could be completely different from mine! read more

if I could give this company a -10, I would. My first complaint would be that they have been telling me they've sent me my check over six weeks ago and it still hasn't come and every time I write to them the only answer I get is we are working on it. The next complaint is they sent me back a pair Tory Birch shoes that they said were damaged which is not true because I gave them to them in perfect condition and had only worn them twice. The third complaint is, I gave them a very high end that they told me should bring in hopefully a four figure sale because it was vintage. I cannot find any listing of it sale. read more

Absolutely Horrible. They underprice sell at a discount you get NOTHING . It takes weeks to post item"s and they are supposed to each a fair price. I question who they are selling to. A 2 piece Escada dress and Jacket, I received less than $100.00 it was in great condition and was $4300.00 new. When I told them to return my merchandise and stop selling they did so anyway. read more

It saddens me to have to write this review, as the Real Real in NYC was so great for selling my unused designer items. Unfortunately, this location seems to still be working out the organization/ tracking of what clients bring in to sell. After 2 months of never receiving credit for items I had brought in to sell, I contacted the store to inquire. No record of my items! After having to contact customer service and send photos to file a claim, they finally tracked down my items and posted them to my account. By this point most of the items had already sold (fine for me, but this could be a problem for anyone who would want to negotiate/ sell elsewhere). I never received an apology or explanation, but instead an "oh, luckily we were able to track down your items." Needless to say, sellers beware! I wish this location the very best, and hope they can find a solution to these issues. read more

Stay away! The company sent a representative to pick up about $20K worth of merchandise. I asked the rep, Crystal, how this would be handled in the warehouse. She put her supposed boss on the phone who said my merchandise would get lost. I handed her back her phone and saw her run out of my home. I quickly looked over the merchandise. My Gucci sunglasses were missing from their bag. The bag was empty. I tried to run to get a license number to call the police. She was gone. The Real Real blamed this on me and would not reimburse me for the sunglasses after their rep stole them. I couldn't imagine sending a criminal to someone's home to rob them of their possessions. This is a bad company who refused to help me. I am taking them to court and getting the police involved. read more

I purchased a necklace and pendant on the website. The website had a nice picture which showed a decent size necklace and pendant. I was so excited to get my necklace and was surprised when I saw the chain and pendant was much smaller and flimsier than pictured. I know the pendant was 4 inches however it looked so small. Went to process my return and would be charged $12.95 for shipping. Does not seem like they have a corporate rate. This necklace weighed less than an ounce. Went to the store to return and was charged a $6.95 restocking fee which seems odd since the necklace was reposted on the website almost immediately. The salesperson told me they didn't carry anything that I wanted when I said I needed a necklace with a bigger chain. Then she asked me to step aside so she could open the cabinet to give another person a ring. I sarcastically said goodbye and thank you when I left and she laughed.
