It was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.

Casey Arnold, the owner, stood out from the start. He was personable and easy to work with, and his bid was not only the most competitive of the three but also by far the most detailed. Where the other estimates were vague, Casey's spelled out specifics like post depth, the amount of concrete used, the type of fasteners, and hand-picked lumber. That level of transparency gave me real confidence going into the project. Casey and his crew showed up on time and worked with genuine care throughout -- both tearing out the old fence and installing the new one. They were mindful of my landscaping as well as my neighbor's, and nothing was damaged in the process. The finished fence looks fantastic -- the top line is perfectly level from end to end, which really shows the attention to detail that went into it. The whole job was also completed on schedule. If you're looking for a local, small business that combines fair pricing with real craftsmanship and professionalism, I'd recommend Select Fencing without hesitation.

I let it go at the time, but in hindsight it reflects a lack of attention to detail on the initial installation. I wish I had paid closer attention at the time of install. While the fence looked great at first, multiple issues have come up within six months. There are nails protruding through several areas, some boards were never properly attached, and both gates have repeatedly failed to function correctly--we often have to force them open just to get in and out of the yard. A wooden topper has also come loose and is now flapping in the wind. To their credit, they did respond to my initial concerns, but new problems continue to surface. Taken together, this raises concerns about the overall quality and durability of the work. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the installation before considering the job complete.

I am a real estate agent and I see the difference everyday in my job how custom closets can improve the value of homes, especially older homes like mine that have small odd shaped closets, plaster walls, and sloped ceilings. As soon as we bought our home I knew I was going to get the closets done. Saint Louis Closet Co. was able to come up with creative solutions to work in small spaces, work around windows and slanted ceilings and they were the most competitively priced company. I loved working with Angelia, she came and met with me twice to help come up with the most efficient and space saving designs. Angelia even gave us several options for our small laundry room which was really nice so we could decide how to use the space. Since the price was so reasonable and the installation time fit our schedule, we decided to get all the closets in our home done all at once. The installers were awesome to work with and have in our home. Pat and Luis were on time, took their shoes off in our home, cleaned up everything before they left. We wound up doing our Pantry, 2 Entry Closets, Laundry Room, 2 Guest Closets, a linen closet, and 3 Master Closets. Recently we enclosed a back screened-in porch and wanted to turn it into a storage area for our kids sports stuff and coats. We called several closet companies to help us with the design and St. Louis Closet Company was by far the best. They were on time, their designer Sheila was amazing, she had a lot of great ideas and helped us select doors and hardware that coordinated with our kitchen. I have Saint Louis Closet Company closets in my entire house and have been a repeat customer since 1991 when they opened! Aside from bedroom closets, they built in an entire wall in my living room with cabinets and shelves, a custom armoire for my baby's room, a folding table/shelves in my laundry room and an open shelving unit in my bathroom. These have ranged from 3000+ sf historic homes that need a complete gut rehab (and I mean a total GUT rehab) to moderate floor plan updates with kitchen/bath remodel of smaller houses. 7 major projects, plus 4 moderate projects. And my own kitchen and bathroom. Not all have been project managed perfectly - but after addressing problems with Scott they have been fully resolved. He is great to work with, and his carpenters are excellent. Several of his senior carpenters/project managers are very good at thinking outside of the box to problem solve, which is always a good thing. Included some photos to show the extent of renovations. Also have built new garages, garage-ports, decks, etc.

I have a single door garage and was having major issues with it opening and closing. The opener…read moreappeared to be functioning correctly as it would work when the door was unhooked from the opener. Obviously this was a major headache as I could not leave the house not knowing if it would open or close. I had heard radio ads for a major garage door company in St. Louis, so I called and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and within 5 minutes told me that I needed a new garage door and new opener. Quickly providing a bid of $1000 - $1200. This seemed high to me and I found it curious that both the door and opener needed to be replaced. Given the high price and forced sales approach I declined their offer, however still had to pay the $100 service fee for the 5 minute review of the door. I then called Grand Home Solutions and spoke with Scott Vogel (the owner) about my garage door issue. After speaking with Scott a trade partner of Grand Home Solutions promptly showed up on time as well, however they took a very different approach. The service man actually took the time to listen to what was wrong with the door and then actually fixed the door, which ended up being a rusted wire to one of the sensors. Amazingly the original bid to "fix" the door with a complete new door and system of $1000 - $1200 turned into $89. I can't thank Scott Vogel and Grand Home Solutions enough for their honesty and approach to addressing the problem rather than automatically up selling me to a new door and opener. If anyone I know ever has a home improvement project or has an issue such as a faulty garage door I will gladly refer them to Grand Home Solutions.

No real reason, just didn't come to hook it up. No pride is put into their work. They took down a soffett, but refused to paint the ceiling afterward. What? It took them 7 months, and that was only after calling and calling them to finish up. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I worked really hard to save up for a kitchen remodel only to have it end in disappointment. Buyer beware!

After meeting the crew that came out on day one, we knew we made the right choice. We also could tell that everyone on the crew enjoyed their job and the company they worked for. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish and everyone who showed up to do the work were very kind and professional. We were kept informed with what work would be done each day and they stuck to the schedule as promised. David Neu originally came out and listened to what we wanted, added a few great suggestions, put together and sent us a very detailed drawing of what the finished project would look like. He also explained the entire process from start to finish. He made us feel comfortable with having Meyer as our contractor. He was very kind and sociable and had a great sense of humor. Our project was completed as promised with only a few very minor touch-up items at the end which they promptly took care of. We were amazed with how clean they kept everything with so much construction going on. They take pride in their work and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The office staff (Rachael and Sara) were very kind and helpful with all of our question when we called. The crew members were friendly and became part of our family. We actually looked forward to them on site every day. Dave Neu our estimator was available with questions, etc. and showed incredible patience as we navigated the tough decisions involving my 88 y/o mother's move from FL to our lower level. I can't imagine using anyone else.
