It may seem insignificant, but their care and thoughtfulness extended beyond their services. I happened to leave my Nalgene water bottle in the visitation room at their funeral home, and I called them to ask about it. The next day, they brought it to the church where the funeral was held. Grateful for their kindness, compassion, competence, and kindness overall.

My father passed in a horrific accident, my family came here hoping for a service to honor my dad. Instead we were met with extreme incompetence and hateful people. This funeral home cremated all of my father's clothing after telling our family SEVERAL times that no clothing would be burned. With the clothing was a customized leather biker vest that was beyond sentimental not only to my father but our entire family. The pain of losing this vest, essentially the only thing we had left of my dad, has been beyond traumatic. On top of all of this, to add insult to injury they waited multiple days before informing my grieving mother that they had burned the one thing she specifically asked them to make sure she got back. My mother also explained to them that burning leather in Oklahoma is illegal and she asked for an explanation on how this could happen. The owner told her it's not illegal. Which is a blatant lie and accountability has yet to be taken by anyone as to how his vest got burned. When they did call to finally inform my mother, they started the conversation by saying my aunt, my fathers sister, was "rude" to them after they told her they destroyed her deceased brother's belongings. Finally, after days of arguing over the phone about who is going to take responsibility for burning my father's belongings they decided to tell my mom that she would not receive a refund for the service, but that they would try to replace the vest to the best of their ability. After being told the monetary value of the vest, they quickly changed their tune and decided they wanted to refund the service. My mother was given less than half of what the funeral cost and to this day has not received an apology from anyone. If you care about your family members and if you want them to be honored respectfully. DO NOT COME HERE.

Also, my husband and I made the trip in from Muskogee to pick up the memorial jewelry. We were greeted with a hello by staff and let them know we were there. We were told our director would be there to present us with our jewelry. It was gorgeous, and the pendant charm consisted of my father in law's thumbprint and father in law's birthstone, and on the back it says DAD 1954-2022, as my husband chose. It has been quite a start to 2023, but having these pendants is just a little reminder of a great guy that made everyone laugh and cared for everyone, even if he did not show it all the time. Thank you again to the staff of Bill Eisenhour and Dignity Memorial for everything. If you need their services, stop by and pay them a visit. They will do you right and honor your requests.

Pollard had an affair with my (late) mom's neighbor for decades…read more My mom requested to be buried with his funeral home. When she passed, I honored her wishes. I was 29 years old, and I hadn't ever planned a funeral. When he found out that my mom had life insurance, he milked me for every dime that he could get out of me and persuaded me to purchase many unnecessary things. My mom was mixed and very fair-skinned. When I went to view her body, she was dark as night and had blisters all over her body. An HVAC tech informed me that he worked on his air at the funeral home while my mom's body was there. And that many of the bodies had started decaying. During the viewing of the body, I put two teddy bears that my kids gave her before she passed in her casket; along with a Mother's day plaque that she gave me before she passed. And, I had her dressed in jewelry. Before the service and the day of the service, I advised him and his staff to remove all of her jewelry, the teddy bears, and the plaque that she gave me. After the burial, I asked him for those things. He removed everything but the plaque. I started sobbing and told him that I needed that. He yelled at me and said it was going to cost me." I asked how much. He informed me $5,000.00. He ruined my mom's body and scarred me for life. He's a dishonest, money-hungry, tacky person. And so is his funeral home. My friend buried his loved one, and he was milked out of most of his life insurance, also.

This place is awful I guess if your from Spencer and don't care about quality and professionalism…read moreyou may use this place my experience was awful my son's dad picked this place because he grew up around there but want a joke!! Very unprofessional first off Everytime I went in there they didn't even recognize me as the mother of my deceased son they would talk to me in third person like I couldn't get any information and they'd say my name not even realizing that's who I was, the MOTHER! then on the day of my son's viewing they also had another viewing going and the police were called because of problems with them being dissatisfied about their loved one and how the funeral director acted towards them! Then on the day of my son's funeral they rushed everything I waited for everyone to say their goodbyes and went to my son's casket last and they were folding up cloth and tossing it on top of him and I had to toss it out and demand they give me a minute!! They are not caring or compassionate that funeral director needs to retire!! Everytime we were trying to give him information he couldn't even spell or get the correct information on the paperwork without is having to tell him numerous times and practically spell it out for him over and over so no! Not even that process was easy. His remarks about certain things were very unprofessional! Even when we went to head to the cemetery they had to jump the hearse I mean the whole process was like a Madea movie AWEFUL! SO I Guess if you like ghetto and unprofessionalism this would be the place to pick my experience was a nightmare.
