VERY RUDE and entitled business owner/operator. He runs his operation out of a public use facility and I had an altercation where he physically blocked the last parking spot for 20+ minutes before his party even showed up to launch. At least Karma scored for me later that day when I spotted Jean towing his client back to the ramp on their broken down old ugly Sea Doo. They looked sad and disappointed. read more

I was greeted by a female AI Virtual Receptionist that had trouble even writing down my phone number (tried 4 times) and the bot kept reversing my area code. I came to the conclusion that customer care is not top on their list. This was such a great experience. This was my 14 year old's first time driving a jet ski, after taking the boat safety course he was still a little hesitant. The owner gave paid him special attention, giving him tips all along the way, guided us out to a safe place to let loose. We have been jet skiing at many other places in the area but this was by far our best experience. They took pictures and videos of us and really helped make the memory special. Awesome!!! The owner Jean, is so professional. Th I went with two other friends and it was our first time. He was so nice and stressed that our safety comes first. He helped us with our life jackets and explained how to use them in case of an emergency. He carefully went over the operation of the jet ski so that we could comprehend it. This is my delayed review but Im so nostalgic for my experience with Jean the instructor in early 2020: This was the absolute best experience we had from my two week Florida trip. For anyone who is a first time jet skier, this is a MUST, and well-worth the cost. We were at first headed to a more well-known place down the street, but they wanted a one thousand dollar deposit, and were not even willing to give us any help to get started on our own. Jean was welcoming, accommodating, put us at ease from the very beginning, and made us feel comfortable through the whole journey. He showed us how to get the ski started, navigate out of the dock area (which at first was not so easy), and then reach the Peanut Island. From there, we skiied out into the bay and had an amazing time. Jean took pictures and videos of us during the ride, which was a great bonus feature (all included), and he sent them to us later. He gave us just the perfect mix of hands-on attention and freedom to do our own thing. He was great both allowing me to go super-fast and my friend to go a bit slower with more guidance. Above all, he was positive, encouraging, and supportive. One thing worth noting was his honesty. Even though the ride went a bit over the time allotted, he never even once asked for anything more than the one-hour price. Also, importantly, he was a super patient teacher, and he never tried to rush us throughout the experience. We felt more like friends going out than a professional relationship. And that even surprised me because we are both high-level professionals from NYC who usually relate best to people in the corporate world. This was a true fortuitous experience meeting Jean (we only found him through quick google search after a dissatisfied other experience).
