Very unprofessional customer service experience. When I arrived to rent a jet ski, I was informed that I had to complete a boating safety test. My issue was not with the requirement itself, but with the fact that nobody mentioned it when I initially inquired about renting. Had I known beforehand, I could have prepared accordingly. The test contained technical boating questions that many people with little or no boating experience would not reasonably know. When I asked why this requirement had not been disclosed earlier, the employee's response was to call me "crazy" rather than provide a professional explanation. I was also told about a mandatory 10% tip before I had even booked the jet ski or received any service. Being presented with a required tip upfront, combined with the lack of communication about the boating test, felt misleading and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect when asking legitimate questions. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. the lack of unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression of this company brand of jetski rentals. Do not recommend. read more

A group of 10 of us went to Get Wet Watersports to rent kayaks and paddle boards without a reservation. Potentially a disaster. But thanks to Nate, who manned the rental shack, we quickly and easily completed our rental forms and waivers, and paid for our equipment. Not only was Nate efficient, he was very nice and helpful. He carefully explained how to navigate to the far side of Peanut Island while appropriately crossing the boat channel and avoiding the pull of the current. He even offered us an extra 1/2 hour on our rentals since the facility wasn't busy that day. His pleasant demeanor helped launch us off to a great start on our adventure. The price for a two-hour rental of either a single or a double kayak was a reasonable $50 plus tax and tip. We were more than happy to give Nate and his assistant a nice tip for their excellent service. The equipment at Get Wet Watersports is well maintained. We had no issues with any of it and plan to use this company again for our next visit to Peanut Island. We'll be sure to make a reservation online and complete our paperwork in advance though! read more

Great location in West Palm with easy access to both the Atlantic and the more calm inlet. The day we went was very windy so we didn't go out to the Atlantic but just cruised around on the inner waterway super fun! The WaveRunner worked great pretty easy to control even though it was windy and choppy and the location is right near peanut Island so you can cruise around there. One thing to know in the immediate vicinity when you get on to the WaveRunner in the water, it is a no wake zone so it probably takes a solid five minutes to get to an area going north where you can go faster. If you go south it's even farther maybe 10 to 15 minutes so we just went north but we did a two hour rental and it had more than enough time to cruise around. Would definitely recommend. read more

My husband & I did the kayak snorkeling tour to Peanut Island. Scheduled a few days ahead in early January & no problem getting in. I sprained my ankle the night before our trip. Thought we'd have to cancel due to my limited ability to walk. They were very accommodating & offered to try it out & switch to the boat tour if I couldn't do it. I was able to hobble to the kayak & easily got in with assistance from my husband & Jason. Jason offered to tug me along on his buoy since I was only using 1 fin. Once we got to the red there was no issue with floating & kicking with one flipper. Saw a ton of fish, a stingray & a small shark. Great experience & Jason was a great tour guide! We booked Get Wet Watersports catamaran boat to take us out in the ocean for my friend's bachelorette party. We had a great time and the crew was very accommodating to doing whatever we felt in the mood for. They took us out to sea where we could jump in and swim around in the ocean and then we also got to dock in closer to other boats and float around on the giant lily pad which was lots of fun. The boat was clean and we could also play our music over the Bluetooth speakers which was a plus. They were reasonably priced, actually the best priced in the area, with a snorkeling package for two being only $100 ($130 online after taxes and fees). Arrive early, as they do get busy and the weather changes quickly. My service was at first not too pleasant; young lady with the black, short hair/ bob was really snippy because I didn't have my card that I booked with online. I had multiple different ways to show it was my information. I had to walk back to the car to get and show another card. ID was not enough. That's understandable, but kindness does a long way. We were with Get Wet Watersports this past Christmas Eve. It wasn't a snorkel trip or anything, it was a Christmas lights trip. I had heard about it and figured it would be a perfect Florida way to see lights. It wasn't too hard to find, there was a fella with the company outside the gate leading to the boat docks that led us to our ride. It was funny to see the responses from the crew and the guests to the cold. it was about 45 degrees, which it sure wasnt 2 weeks before when I had gotten the tickets. Everyone was bundled up good. The company had sent an email that day suggesting we bring a blanket, which did help alot. It was a pleasant ride(other than the biting cold), with Christmas music playing, the crew handing out beers and of course lights. There wasn't actually that much in the way of lights over all, just a handful of houses that stepped up. But it was still a nice night. There was a sense of comradery among everyone that we were goign through this together on that chilly night. After it all we kindly said good bye. I'm sure I will recommend to plenty of people for next year! read more

Phil was great- told me the paddle boards weren't going today because the wind was more than usual, but recommended the kayak. it was a total blessing in disguise, kayaking here was amazing, it's definitely the move (paddle boarding would've been way more difficult and way harder to get around the island). the water was so clear, so blue, super nice. super easy process with these guys. My only complaint is that when making a reservation online, you are forced to leave a gratuity of at least 15% - there's no way to bypass that or do a custom amount such as zero. And when calling the number provided to make a reservation that way, it instructs you to go back to the website and do it online. Don't get me wrong - the guy that helped us (I can't remember his name) was awesome, and I would've tipped afterwards anyway. But being forced to leave a gratuity, before actually receiving any service whatsoever, is an abysmal business practice and completely betrays the definition of the word "gratuity." read more

Looking to book on the weekend? You *must* make an online reservation. We didn't know this and we still got our snorkels, but when we arrived they had us book online. Snorkels are $30 for snorkels and flippers. We picked these up before taking the boat to peanut island. You don't need the flippers, but they def help get you moving in the snorkeling area in the water on peanut island. They guys working the booth were super chill, kinda slow, but very nice. read more

Can't recommend, as booking online requires a mandatory 15-30% "gratuity" which on a 200-300 dollar rental gets well over what the staff deserves for doing the basics. When you call you get stuck in an endless AI phone system and I had to call 4-5 times to figure out how to get a person. When I asked to adjust the "gratuity" they refused. Considering each member of the team spent maybe 5-10 minutes with us and earned $20+ with absolutely no thanks for the gratuity, it turned me off. They should have been pretty thankful given the guilty trippy message on the website about how 90% of people don't tip, booohooo They also don't allow jet skis anywhere you would want them, on the sand bar, to any of the islands etc and they don't tell you that until after all credit cards have been charged, so you are stuck cruising around in the boat channel for a ride to no where unless you enjoy looking at houses while bouncing around on boat wakes. They also track you on GPS, so be warned ! read more

We took the Sunset Cruise of Palm Beach on May 21, 2025. The weather was perfect, and the cruise was very enjoyable. The captain was masterful with the history, antedotes, and facts concerning Palm Beach, the residents, etc. He communicated interesting facts concerning many of the homes that stretched along the waterfront. I recently won an sunset evening cruise on Get Wet so we elected to do the Jupiter Island Tour. My wife and I were accompanied by my brother and his wife. We met the vessel under the Indiantown Bridge which was a little tricky to find. Dan was our captain and Lilly our hostess and anything else the captain needed. They were so much fun and made the cruise a neat event. There were about 30 of us on board a very nice catamaran. The cruise took 2 hours and we found out a lot about the area as well as the history of Jupiter. It was a lot of fun. Lilly served wine, beer and soft drinks and snacks which were included in the price. We thought this was a nice touch. I called yesterday morning a couple minutes after 9 to rent a jet ski and was told to go to their website to sign the waivers and such. So I pull up the website where it says to call them to make the next available reservation at 10. I call back and leave a message. 45 minutes later, I get there having still not gotten a return call and am told that they only accept online reservations. Why not put that on the website then instead of telling people to call??? There was no reason any of this had to be so difficult. They were saying it would be at least another 45 minutes to get a rental. In less time than that, we were in the water in Jupiter renting from people who return calls and were happy to help. Last Thursday a group of us took the Sunset Cruise on the Manatee Queen. Our 2 hour cruise around Singer and Palm Beach Islands was wonderful. Captain John and Mark did a great job. John pointed out homes and clubs as well as some of the super yachts. Wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks were included. And the service from the people (real people) who took the reservation, to the staff who followed up several times to check to see if we need transportation to the dock to the young woman in the Marina office who helped us find the right dock were OUTSTANDING. They'd rate 10+. Customer Service is an after thought in many (most) places now. Not with GET WET. These people actually care and want to make sure your experience is great. We had a wonderful time on one of their Sunday evening sunset cruises! Since we had been planning our vacation; we had been wanting to spend time on the water and we were not disappointed by our choice of a Sunday evening sunset cruise. They arranged for pickup at our hotel, a delightful evening cruise that lasted about 2 hours with a small staff of 2 (captain and server) that were both fantastic! The captain was funny and entertaining and our server was awesome. She was the only one serving drinks and snacks and she did a great job of keeping everyone's cups filled with whatever they were drinking. The intercoastal waterway in the area of the tour was very pleasant and the sunset in the day we went was absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend them for any and all water sports, charters, or rentals. They seem to have their act together and are super well known around the area. read more
