been coming here for 4 years with no issues but recently went and was treated awful. We pulled in to the empty parking lot and he comes over and tells us to move and back into a spot, then complains that we didn't go on the grass enough and didn't back in when we did. We called last week and he said to just show up, but when we showed up he said "wow you guys just show up and don't call?" We walk down and he makes multiple comments on weight saying your well over 200 lbs and you guys are too big. when we called he said we need to do 3 at a time, then today he said we can't. All the younger employees are great but this guy was very mean. acted like we were a bother and did not seem to want our buisness. I will not be coming back. read more

We are a group of women who like to celebrate Mother's Day with a pontoon boat rental. This was our third year in a row renting from Beach Water Sports. We keep coming back to these guys because they are awesome! We get a 22' pontoon for the day and it is a very reasonable price for the rental and the fuel. I call them about a month ahead of time to give them a heads up and then a couple of days before we go I touch base with them again to confirm. We have had no issues with getting a boat. The guys who run the place are always very welcoming and take very good care of us, helping to bring our heavier items to and from the boat and making sure we are good to go with instructions, advice and suggestions to help us have the best experience out on the water. We forgot one of our coolers and they were kind enough to hop on a wave runner and bring it to us! Now that's above and beyond customer service! We tip big to show our appreciation! My cousin is on leave from the Air Force and my uncle wanted to surprise him with a jet ski rental. When we got there I have to say they are the least friendly people. It really gives people visiting Florida a bad taste of that's how the locals act. ( Mind you I'm originally from the treasure coast. My uncle called and they mentioned nothing about a deposit when he asked and then once we got there wanted a $200 deposit for each. They didn't have two available for that time and couldn't even give an estimate, and weren't polite about it. The Jet Ski rentals are time so that should have been a bit easier for an estimation. We decided not to wait due to their attitudes. I refuse to support any local business that is just down right rude. If you're looking for good customer service I would try somewhere else. read more

Rented a jet ski on a Saturday afternoon for 30 minutes for $69 after taxes, no other charges or hidden fees for gas or things like that. Overall an amazing experience. The location is beautiful. I've ridden jet skis a few other places around the world and for me this was definitely the most fun area to ride. They allow you a good amount of freedom, plenty of other boat traffic to keep things exciting, nice homes to look at, and on a Saturday there were a lot of other people just hanging out at the nearby sand bar and small beaches along the sides of the intracoastal or river or whatever it was. All the guys we interacted with who worked there were very laid back and polite, the place definitely has a tropical shack no frills beach bum vibe. Our experience couldn't have been more smooth, clear communication on their part I felt safe and comfortable the whole time, kind of surprised to see so many 1 star reviews here... Rented a pontoon boat for the day along with a captain. Customer service was excellent! My advice is to definitely hire a captain who knows the waterway and can drive with experience. Weather was not ideal and our captain was very accommodating and made the best of it. Brought us to special places and we had a fantastic day! Rented a pontoon boat Monday and Saturday for a full day rental and also opted to hire a Captain. Dylan went out with us both days and we had a great trip. We snorkeled, saw dolphin, went to the Jupiter sandbar in the ICW, saw a queen conch, sea star, traveled to Peck Lake, kids got to drive the boat. Dylan was great and we learned a ton about the areas waterway and beach life. This was exactly what we wanted as this was our third trip down and we'll be back again. Would definitely recommend renting a boat with them and highly suggest having them captain the boat to get familiar with the area and have a relaxing day on the water. read more

If you're a nervous novice, a seasoned waterman or its been awhile since you paddled or plied the waves, the dockmen will put you at ease and give you a tailored brief and tips to get the most out of your rentals. Make sure to give yourself some time when your rental ends to just sit under the tiki hut or wade into the cool water at their private beach. This is a rare gem of an experience amidst the hustle and hassle of most other businesses that do watercraft by the hour. And...don't forget to bring a fiver or two to tip the guys. Was in the area visiting family and had some time for an day adventure. I was able to rent a pontoon boat for an half day outing. The staff at Beach Water Sports was accommodating and helpful. There where plenty of boats to select and at a fair price. They also helped plan a route. We had such a great time I was back the following day for wave-runners! Went here to celebrate my birthday, younger staff was awesome but as soon as I'm pulling in from the water, what seems to be maybe the manager or owner starts berating me about time, and mind you I'm probably 25 min over with a card on file. So I dont know if it was racially derived because I'm Hispanic and the person riding with me is African American, but they obviously charged me more which I'm very open to it but without getting bitched at. And he didn't charge my white friends extra even though they were late also. He seemed drunk so Idk, but Even though it was sooo fun I'm probably never coming here ever again read more

I have rented pontoons from both locations , Stuart and Jupiter. All in all both times were great. Had an issue with the Jupiter location that the owner Bret handled straight away. The 25 ft pontoon boat we were put on was in AMAZING shape, and had a great sound system. We have already booked our next day out on the water using them ! thank you ! read more

We went here on a weekend to rent jet skis. They don't take reservations but we were able to get onto 2 within 20 mins. We were given a quick lesson on safety and where we were allowed to ride and then sent off to have some fun! We were told we could ride from bridge to bridge on the intercostal. If you make a left from their location you ride through a pretty long no wake zone but once you can speed up there is plenty of room with less traffic to have some fun! If you make a right from their location you can pretty much go fast the whole way to the bridge but since there's a popular sandbar that you'll pass you'll find a ton of boat traffic (at least we did on the weekend). We rented for 2hrs and we were able to ride from bridge to bridge and stopped and jumped in the water for a few minutes. Just as a reminder the speed limit in the fast zone is 25 and we did see plenty of police. We still had a great time! read more

Rented from there before, however, during my last visit, they gave my family and I the oldest deteriorated pontoon. Not only the gasoline thermometer did not work, but the boat had torn chairs and the latter to get up on board from the back was broken. After being out for a minute and seeing all its deficiencies, and after having my family members getting cut and injured trying to get on the boat, we asked to be placed in another pontoon. The big guy on the staff, was rude. He started to demonstrate how easy it is to step up the boat when the boat is at the beach. The problem is that he is not 60+ nor he was trying to claim the latter in the back and from the water. Not only was he rude, but made comments such as "if your family is incapable to claim the boat don't rent from here." Comments that are unnecessary and discriminatory towards older individuals who want to have a good time in a regular and simple pontoon. I do not recommend this place. And as for the big guy in the staff, he better watch his tone and address their float deficiencies or he, alone and with this place, can face liability regardless of any waiver. read more

We rented Jet Skis for 1/2 hour. Upon arriving the representative behind desk was not customer friendly as a matter of fact was rude. The two associates (Tony and young blonde haired man) were both very nice. We asked multiple times how we would know when our 1/2 hour was up. They told us not to worry they would come get us if we did not come back. There is no place to hold any personal items on ski. They came and got us we assumed because our 1/2 hour was up. When we arrived back the representative at desk informed us we went over by 15 minutes and they would charge us. We told him that we were told they would come get us. He told us the 15 minutes was going to come out of Tony's pay. Not sure if this was some scam or not. The overall experience was very pleasant except for the front desk representative. If you go there bring something to know what time you have been out. The price was comparable to other places. read more

My family called ahead to rent two double kayaks. We were told they would not reserve, so we decided to head over first thing in the morning. The guys that attended us were not very friendly or informative. They simply told us to paddle north, tossed us some life jackets and pointed to the two kayaks and paddles at the shore. Only one of the kayaks had functioning back rests. When we asked if they had another kayak with back rests, we were told they were all broken and to use our life jackets. The guys sitting (note, they were really just sitting there, idly watching us) at the shore also did not help us launch. Heading north on the intracoastal was not very scenic aside from the houses. Based on the poor quality equipment and lackluster customer service, it seems that this outfitter may not value kayak rental business. read more

Had my daughter call to find out prices . Manager on phone told her 60/90 she didn't understand and asked him again and he told her to go read it again. When I called and told him she was just trying to understand he told me to calm down and then told me I was overreacting. I can assure you that with all my kids with me I wasn't even raising a voice. He was disturbingly rude and most certainly the worst possible service that someone could give when in the "service" business. I do not in anyway recommend this company. These guys were truly exceptional with their customer service. They went the extra mile to map out every site nearby that was accessible by water. They have great prices for the boats they offer. They only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star, was the boats are rather old than from some other places I've rented from and not in as great as condition as what I've rented in other places throughout Florida. That is just me knit-picking. At the end of the day, the boat ran great, listened to some tunes, enjoyed the water (with exception of it being a very windy day and choppy water) and I felt the deal was a bargain and the service these gents provided was second to none! I arrived to the Stuart location at 4pm. I was advised if I placed a reservation in and I said yes, as of yesterday. The employee said it was my fault that no one called me or that I did not call ahead of time since I wanted to spend an hour on the wave runner, as they would be closing by 4:30. I asked since paying for a whole hour is at a discounted rate then paying for just half an hour if I could pay for the full hour and come back another time for the other 30 minutes owed, and I was advised no. I went ahead and paid for the 30 minutes and went out with another employee as he had to show me where I can go with the ski's. I was then released at 4:20 to be on my own. At 4:45 I was told to come in. I only received a 25 minute time frame to ride the ski at my leisure. I would not recommend this place because of poor customer service, as they seem like they didn't want to be bothered and wanted to go home. read more
