I'm sorry to hear that this store was closed. I was part of the team that helped open the store way back in 1979 when they moved from 300 Worth to the brand new Esplanade. The store was beautiful and the staff was really wonderful. Some of the staff here seem to be a bit miserable, and there isn't many working here. Their greetings don't seem genuine, as if they think us customers can't tell. There's a nice collection of merchandise on the two floors, many high end brands displayed out nicely amongst the two floors. Parking in the street is complimentary for two hours. read more

I was a little disappointed in this Saks location. There was a particular Burberry tote that I was looking for that this location did not carry any Burberry purses at all. In fact I found their purse selection to be extremely lacking in selection and styles. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly. Maybe just chalk it up to Covid shortages like elsewhere. Will go back, but if you are looking for a certain purse I doubt they will have it. The had the camera YSL bag, the MCM totes, a few Givenchy bags etc. Not much though IMO read more

It's Saks. It's Palm Beach. That said, expect to get the level of service and the quality of goods that you would expect. The men's department is separate from the main store. It is around the side and upstairs. While it may not be as large as other locations, men's stores are, they do have a relatively good selection of clothes and shoes of Rey variety of designers. One thing I don't like about this location is they do not carry men's Gucci shoes. read more

I had a really fantastic experience at Saks. I was actually there two days in a row after the kind treatment from staff. On day one, I walked in and the designer of the dress I was wearing was immediately noticed. The sales associate Natalie actually approached me and showed me more from the collection. She was the best part of my experience. After the dress I was looking at didn't fit well, she found me another designer with a perfect style and fit for me. She has an eye for this! Cherish and ask for Natalie. I have a invisible disability, and when I wasn't feeling well after my dressing room fashion show, Natalie got me a water so I could take a medication. I came back the next day and she recognized and helped me. I love going to Saks for the service! Can't say enough read more

I went to Saks today with my daughter. We split up to shop a bit. I was in the cosmetics department. There was a nice woman at the counter who complemented my skin. Later, I was thinking I would replenish my perfume supply. I went back to the counter to ask her for help because I wanted her to have the sale. She said she did not handle the perfume and suggested Mary help me. I knew I was short on time because my husband was waiting so I politely declined. After I turned to leave, Mary decided to give the lady a big eye roll! What??? How do I know this??? Because my daughter was walking by and she saw Mary's rude behavior. In mid- December, I purchased two Gucci belts at $735 each from Saks Worth Avenue store. They did not have stock on hand but assured me that if I paid in advance, then the belts would be shipped before Christmas. Needless to say, belts did not arrive on time. By New Year, belts were still not received despite repeated calls to store, and assurances from sales associate that goods were 'on the way'. Eventually received one belt in January but other has not arrived 6 weeks later! The worst part of my saga is that the receptionist was unable to locate a store or regional manager to address my complaint. In addition, the Saks website provides no email address for customer service. To date I have still not received the second belt and they are now sold out everywhere! Don't work with the manager Pam at Saks Palm Beach - My friends and I went to Saks Men's Department to return a pair of $600 Ferragamo sandals that had split in two places after having been worn only a handful of times. My friend Nick, a cancer patient who struggles with walking and shoes, returned to the store looking for help. The salesman who sold him the sandals two months ago recognized Nick and seemed sympathetic. Nick simply asked for store credit (not a refund) in exchange for the return. This Pam character was called and was given Nick's info - she looked Nick up in her system to see how often he shops there (not often because he comes from Miami and California) and when realizing that he wasn't one of her regulars, she came to the sales floor and dismissed Nick rudely and without any care for the poor quality of the shoes. Her only justification was that she had received no other complaints. But Pam was cold, cruel, rolled her eyes and she was completely indifferent to Nick's struggle. It was clear that Nick was discriminated against - any decent store would have sent the sandals back to Ferragamo and provided a replacement or credit. Pam's attitude and behavior were callous and demeaning - there should be consequences. read more

I went to the store in Palm Beach Garden Mall today to return an item I had bought online. I told the employee in the jeans department that I wanted to return something and she responded that she was already helping two clients, I looked around and nobody was in that dept.. She told me to go to the other cash register. I went and the employee there was so rude, processing the return that I could not believe her behavior. First, she told me that she was going to take a break, I told her that the other employee had sent me to her then she throw me the receipt. I have been a Saks customer for more than 20 years and this is the first time that I have such a bad experience. Best Saks in ALL of Florida! I'm in heaven whenever I visit this location. 2 stories of pure bliss!!

Came in last week while on vacation with my girlfriend because i wanted to buy something to commemorate my trip, i ended up getting a bag from gucci and the sales associate that helped me gave me his card afterwards. The experience was fine and the sales associate was nice and i didnt see why people left negative reviews for this place as everyone seemed nice. After opening the bag the next day I realized that it was a returned bag because it had scratches and the brass was rusty. No biggie, I texted the sales associate that helped me and told him i needed to exchange it. He apologized and told me he'll have a new one for me. So far so good! We went back the next day to exchange the bag and i also had planned on purchasing something else as well to go with the bag. So when I got to Saks i texted the sales associate and told him that i was there and he came and greeted me and then went to get me a new bag. The new bag he showed me also had scratches so i asked him for another one that had no scratches. So he went back to the actual gucci store to find me a new bag. I forgot to mention- his girlfriend was there the whole time (which in itself is unprofessional). So as he was fetching my new bag, i guess he meant to text his girlfriend but texted me by accident, telling her that im really annoying. Then he followed those by a couple of texts to try to play it off and when he came back he said he meant to text his other coworker, okay.... anyways. I wanted to be petty and return the bag on the spot so he didnt get any commission but my girlfriend talked me out of it so i kept it and didnt say anything, i did however pass on buying anything else there that day. Save your money and go somewhere else, that store is a joke. I mean literally a joke.... you have a to be a whole new level of stupid to mess up like this. Now I see why it was empty both times I went in there lol I don't normally review places so this is my first Yelp review.
