I really liked the clearance section shelf, all shoes were sorted nicely by size, it was very easy to check them out. But for clothing there wasn't enough variety I felt. The associate in the store was friendly, greeting everyone and checking if anyone needed help.

I purchased $850 worth of merchandise which included a really nice pair of sandals (about $170 at…read morean airport location). After 6-8 months of wearing the sandals daily a hole appeared in the bottom of the left heal and the toe strap broke on the right sandal. I asked about the warranty and Johnston and Murphy said there was a 1 year warranty that included not wearing the sandals for a year and being able to take them back for a full refund. I said isn't that an exchange policy and I would think 1-2 days with light indoor use only would be more reasonable than a year. Here is what I found out.. these sandals are Made in Vietnam according to the label and are K24 Men's size 10M. There is also another number that states 20-4182 which I believe would be the serial number. The sandals are very comfortable when new but I think they should last longer than 6-8 months of use, even if I walk often. I'm a little surprised they aren't made in the US.
