I went in here and was greeted right away, I told the man my predicament and that I normally order 10 pairs of shoes to be delivered to DSW (another shoe store) then go in and try them all on and usually only walk away with 1 maybe 2 pairs. He brought me out so many shoes to try on (most stores do not carry female size 11 and its always special order) He listed to my feedback and for the first time since my feet have been giving me issues I was able to walk into a store and buy shoes without having to order online, wait to come in, then try them on only to have to send them back. The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. Then she found out she could only apply $20 of our money, their store credit, to her purchase. So she had to purchase other items and spend more money to use up her credit on money she originally spent at the store. Needless to say, this is the last time we will ever buy anything at this store. We had joined their buying club and we had made purchases many times before. The manager didn't care about losing us as customers and even told my wife he was doing her a favor because their policy only allows them to apply $20 per day in sore credit...which means she would have had to go there 4 times to use the full credit! For your own sake do not shop at this store because if you have to make a legitimate return you will pay for it!

Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!
