I visited the Chanel on Worth avenue in the hopes of buying my first Chanel bag. Not only did I walk out with one bag.. I walked out with TWO! I had an espresso upon arriving while I shopped. The boutique was immaculate. Jenny was my sales associate and she was absolutely phenomenal. 100 stars. She was so kind, accomodating, and honest every step of the way. She made my first experience one to remember forever! She showed me all of the bags I was looking for, let me place all of my belongings inside, and look at how they looked in the mirror. I then had a wonderful experience at the make up counter with Leticia who essentially made up my entire face while Jenny boxed up my bags. I was given lots of make up samples as well as perfume and mascara samples. Overall, I was quite weary about coming to the Worth avenue location as I had a prior poor experience at another shop on this street. Great experience here. I didn't want to go in due to everyone always commenting how the workers treat you etc. i was immediately greeted and paired up with Michelle. She was very kind offered me suggestions without being pressured. I walked out of there with my first Chanel bag and can't wait to return next summer and purchase another. read more

It is very competitive to get a Chanel Purse. The price keeps increasing to maintain their exclusivity and are amazing investment pieces. I have a SA in Beverly Hills and Costa Mesa but it is very difficult to get items locally. My friend had luck getting a purse she wanted in Atlanta and I knew I would have to try in a different state although still difficult. I recently joined a Chanel Group and I was linked to an SA in Palm Beach, Florida. I contacted her in the morning and was able to purchase my purse by the afternoon and before the price increase March 3, 2022. The SA in Florida was very quick and responsive unlike the ones in Southern California. read more

Long overdue review as I picked up a classic flap bag from this location back in 2017. As expected, the service and follow up was on point. As we entered the store, we were warmly greeted and offered champagne. They were also good enough to ship my purchases to me as not to be encumbered with carrying packages. We also received a follow up survey to which my friend who accompanied me completed and made the comment that he felt the champagne they called out to be a "certain brand"--was not...?! His comment was taken into consideration by Chanel and addressed in the kindest manner--which I found to be above and beyond! read more

Overall ok experience. I came to Florida from out of state and haven't worn lipstick in 2 years due to masks. I needed a new tube and was able to walk in quickly with no wait. Service was a bit slow at the makeup counter and they were aggressive when I pulled my mask down to hold a shade next to my face . It was an honest mistake and I was so confused because it was the first store I had been in which required a mask in Florida. I understand the rules now, after I was approached in a rude manner. Honest mistake. Easy purchase other than that, will just stick to online shopping next time. You at least get something new to sample with an online purchase. They are really nice here and offer terrific customer service. As to be expected, they are on pricey side, but if you are going into a Chanel store, you most likely already know that. It isn't just clothes..they offer great Handbags as well. And the staff are terrific and do not mind if you ask questions. In fact the customer service here is better than at alot of many less upscale stores. It's in a beautiful location as well with plenty of places to eat around. read more

Crystal at Chanel in the Saks 5th location was wonderful. I travelled all around the area looking for a specific item. I never found it, but went back here to look again anyway because she was such a fun Sale Associate. My best friend and I ended up with wallets and are very happy with our purchases. read more

I prefer driving out of my way to the Palm Beach boutique over the Bal Harbor location. Carolyn is so sweet and accommodating whereas my experience with Schalanda at Bal Harbor was so poor. Because of her lack of professionalism, I wouldn't recommend Bal harbor. read more

Sadly their hours are incorrect. I drove from Miami to visit this store on a Sunday since the Bal Harbor store is not great and it turns out they are closed on Sundays. The Sunday schedule is not disclosed anywhere that would give someone a clue that they're closed. Very disappointed and such a waste of time. It would be helpful if the kept updated hours. read more

Excellent service drove all the way from Miramar to get here and though all the SAs for the handbags were Busy with other customers I asked David who works with the cosmetics for help and he immediately showed me the bags that I was looking for. He then got me in touch with Nikki who helped me complete my purchase both of them were super friendly and it was totally worth the drive from Miramar to Palm Beach just to get this level of customer service plus the enviornment it so beautiful, there is also a parking lot across the street from them (behind Tiffany's) where you can park and they validate you're parking wish I had known that I parked at the beach abt a quater mile away but all in all it was a wonderful experience I really love the staff at this chanel boutique read more
