As a lifetime Saks customer, this store has turned me away from the brand. Service is abysmal, selection was short on expectations and overall feel of the store was dirty. I found a couple items that were locked up but couldn't find help so unfortunately had to skip them. You can get a much better value, selection and service elsewhere. read more

Every time I go to a Saks OFF 5TH I am disappointed. This location is no exception. My wife and I went here the other day thinking that maybe the selection could be different with it being Vegas. Nope. Very few "designer" brands. Lots of "Saks" branded merchandise. In the men's section there were many brands that you see at Costco. I would say the best brand I saw in the Men's section was "Ben Sherman." Again, not a great "designer" choice. Lots of "Buffalo" jeans too. Again, something that we see or have seen at Costco a lot and not a designer brand. My wife saw a dress she liked but said it felt cheaply made. She looked up the brand and said that it was nothing special. Saks should do a better job with its outlet style stores. This was a big disappointment like others we've been to. Customer service was also poor as we were not spoken to once. No one acted like they cared. read more

This place was great. It has quite a lot of selections. I went here to look around and ended up buying my hat. The hat was great for the pool time. This hat provided me lots of shades. This hat quality was good. It is not flimsy like other hats I seen at different stores. This hat was so worth the price I paid for it. The staff here were nice and helpful. What a pleasure to shop this location. Unlike other crowded stores that are poorly organized, this location is fantastic. I very much enjoyed shopping this clean, well organized, and full of bargains store. There is a wife selection of men, women, and children's clothing. I've come here numerous times and love the jewelry selection that they have. I do a lot of online shopping as well and majority of the time my purchases have always been great. Unfortunately on more than one occasion, my experience here at this location (Townsquare) hasn't been so pleasant. Aida, on multiple occasions has been quite rude and short with me. Both times that I've come across her at the checkout desk, she was unpleasant and always had this "ick" look on her face from the moment you mention "return". One could simply tell she was unhappy with this. From her body language and mannerisms, I've carefully observed her during our interactions and do not appreciate to be treated as such especially when I love shopping here. I could only hope that she in the future, to be very careful of being judgmental of others and be a little kinder. If you don't possess the proper manners to work in a customer service job, please find a different profession. read more

This location at Town Square is wayyyyy better than the North Premium outlet! First off its well kept, floor inventory stocked nicely and in their right places. I hate going to department store outlets because I often see a mess. Everytime i went to the North Outlets, it was always a nightmare but maybe because thats in an outlet mall. This location is probably better considering they dont have the madness of a typical outlet busy crowd. The Town square store is a stand-alone location in a Regular retail shopping center. The associates are all very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The only thing is that they are short staffed, but that seems to be the situation everywhere now post-pandemic. I spent almost 2 hrs theres today... lol. Shout-out to Mary (brunette), in case there is more than one. She jumped to help me from one end of the store to the other. The cashier was very nice too, as she was happy to take her time checking other locations to find more sizes for me. read more

Clean store. Well-stocked. Nice arrangement. Nice to compare prices. Right next to the Container Store (one of my favorites). We try to visit when we are at Town Square. I love checking out the shoes (far, left side, front) and the handbags (far right side, front; also, near the cashier counter) but those departments are the only ones that I visit. It's nice to try on the shoes if you are not familiar with the brand, to see which size you truly are. The shoe brands I like: Toms, Lucky Brand, Vionic, FitFlops, Clarks, just to name a few. Some pairs are at a steal, but most are a bit steep. If you look hard enough, you might find something good. I am still thinking about those cute orange flats by Lucky Brand at $19.99. As for the bags, I really like Rebecca Minkoff Julian backpacks (large size), and the pricing here is much better than regular price $295 at the other higher-end department stores. I saw a nautical navy stripe beauty. My birthday is coming, Christmas is coming...both are in the same month. read more

Very sparce selection of merchandise lately I'm not sure what is going on at this location. If you want to see jewelry behind a case or need a bag unlocked for purchase it is impossible to find an associate to assist you. Also cashiers avoid eye contact and do not offer any assistance. I asked to see a bottle of perfume behind the counter and a cahier pointed to fragrances across the sales floor and told me to look "over there first" so she wouldnt have to help me. When I purchase it I never even got so much as a hello or a thank you. Marshall's has friendlier employees. I'm an independent shopper and don't need a lot of help but I felt like I was bothering employees just by purchasing something. Odd vibes for a retail store read more

RUN FOR THE HILLS, SAKS 5TH AVE., SAKS OFF 5TH, & HUDSON BAY ARE ALL GOING "OUT OF BUSINESS." IF THEY OWE YOU MONEY GET IT NOW BEFORE BANKRUPTCY IS FILED. This store is in complete and total disarray. It's filthy dirty, unkempt, has empty shelves and very little stock, and worst of all, virtually no staff on the floor to answer or respond to any questions. There is absolutely no one enforcing safety protocols, and I would be afraid to touch anything, much less purchase anything. Actually, I am too nice, here's the worst of it: As I sit here and write my review of SAKS OFF 5TH, I am on hold after speaking with Nickolin in South Africa. Nickolin told me to wait for 10-15 minutes after I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. It is now 62 minutes later and I'm not sure I'm connected because there is no music, and Nickolin has never come back online to tell me how much longer it might be. Earlier today I wasted 68 minutes after being told by Dyniza in the Philippines that a supervisor would be with me shortly. Finally, Dyniza, after 68 minutes, said that a supervisor would contact me within two hours, which, of course, never happened. And so for the fourth time today (totaling more than three hours), I am trying to speak with someone at SAKS OFF 5TH, owned by Jerry Zucker, who recently purchased the Canadian Hudson's Bay Company who also owns SAKS FIFTH AVE, LORD & TAYLOR, and HUDSON'S BAY. The Company operates 250 stores and employs 30,000 people throughout Canada and the United States. I purchased and never delivered seven items from this store dating back to September 20, 2020. My order totaled $426.48, and SAKS OFF 5TH cannot tell me who, how, or when they delivered my package. SAKS OFF 5TH can't even tell me the carrier's name that delivered the order nor the tracking number. I find this unjustifiable, and beyond poor service, I call it grand theft. For seven weeks, I've had to deal with SAKS OFF 5TH representatives in the Philippines, Kenya, India, and South Africa. I've been promised my money back for seven weeks, and to date, I've never received a nickel of it. If I am late paying SAKS OFF 5TH, they immediately charge a late fee along with accrued interest. Then they report me to the credit bureaus. Why is it when SAKS OFF 5TH owes a customer money that the customer doesn't receive a late fee and accrued interest? And where can I report them, and to whom? To make matters worse, I have now wasted well over six hours speaking with inept, poorly trained, $2.00 per hour overseas representatives (killing jobs in the U.S.), from India to the Philippines, and Kenya and South Africa, none of which could care less about a customer. I should also mention that all of my conversations are recorded with each representative's permission, from South Africa to India, Kenya, and the Philippines. This is the case with Nickolin as I end this review and hang up after 70 minutes on hold. By the time Monday rolls around, SAKS OFF 5TH will have had my money for two months, and I want my late fees and interest! I will be adding to this story about the outright theft by SAKS OFF 5TH tomorrow as I have run out of patience (which is what they want) and time to tell you the rest of today's nightmare and how SAKS OFF 5TH mistreats and steals from consumers. I WILL RETURN TO ADD TO THIS NIGHTMARE OF A REVIEW. And for the rest of this unbelievable nightmare of a situation with SAKS OFF 5TH. After I wasted more than six hours on the phone as noted above, I called again, being someone that doesn't give up easily. On that call, I was finally able to reach someone by the name of Rem that stated he was a supervisor in the Philippines. Trying to hold my temper and be as calm as possible, I went over the enter fiasco again. During our 30 plus minute conversation, Melvie Penas, a supervisor in the Philippines (that I dealt with in the past) name came up. I asked if she was there, and Rem said yes. Placed on hold for another 20-minutes Rem came back and said Melvie was there but unavailable. I insisted on Rem getting her on the line, and some 15-minutes later, he [Rem] hung up on me--another 69-minute wasted call amounting to well over six hours with SAKS OFF 5TH today alone. And so this morning, I am once again determined to get my $426.48 back. As I write this addition to my review, I am preparing to make another call to SAKS Off 5Th, again on a recorded line. I'll keep you all updated with how this and possibly other calls go in the future. And you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be sending all this to the Attorney General, state of Nevada, FTC, BBB, and whatever other government agencies I can involve. The lesson to be learned here is never, and I mean never-ever, do business with SAKS OFF 5TH no matter what store it is. read more

If you had been to the other Off 5th location outside the kind of crappy outlet mall on the south end of Las Vegas Blvd, probably like me, I had stopped going because it was not great. It once was great, but it had slipped in quality and clean layout, etc. over the years. This new location at Town Square is not only in a better location to capture more of my business, but the quality is back. Bigger store, more open layout with lots of light, very organized. The location is the former Robb & Stuckey at Town Square (for those LV locals that remember that furniture store). It is in the same group of buildings as the Container Store & and kiddy corner to Flemings. I have shopped at Saks and Saks Off 5th for a long time, here in Vegas and across the country. I kind of hated that every other city had a better Off 5th than Vegas. I'm glad we finally have a better Off 5th in my own back yard. I will return. read more

You can probably find something for almost any occasion here. The prices are a little high, not like what I was expecting for their big Memorial Day weekend sale. But they still had some good deals. I loved the Denver Saks Off 5th but when I moved to Vegas years ago I visited the Outlet location & never went again. How can it be that only today I found out about this new beautiful location right next to The Container Store? The employees were super friendly, the store was spacious & clean, the dressing rooms were private, bright & roomy & the parking was plentiful & close to the store. I was also allowed to bring anything/everything I wanted into the dressing room without checking in so that was a huge bonus. I shopped the sale racks & got an extra 25% off the gold dot (most) items, Now you've got to be patient & in a good mood if you shop like I did today but I found some gems: For $62 total I bought 4 sleeveless tank tops, a pair of wool knit leggings, a pair of shoes & a maxi dress. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! (Do I hear applause anyone?) But Saks, I cannot give you 5 stars today. You had loads of friendly workers all over the store & it wasn't busy. Yet the racks were very messed up & lots of items were in the wrong place. I think I could have bought more if my size was where it was supposed to be. Also there were many damaged items: missing fringe, sequins, etc, holes & rips, soil (ladies, please do not rub your made-up faces on the clothes!!). With some patience, you will likely find a great deal. Sizes are kinda organized and kinda not. The store was pretty empty of customers on my first visit during a weeknight. I don't think any employee greeted me at all during my visit, and I saw a few employees while I shopped. The prices were in line with what I expected and the brands are better than what's offered at some similar discount department stores. I didn't find much in my size and tried on one item, but it was a no go. I'd return for another round of treasure hunting for sure. The store was clean and so were the dressing rooms. Other than clothing, they also carry shoes and handbags. The location at the front of Town Square is not bad if you can score parking relatively close by. read more

OH MY GOSH I can't express how much better this new location is compared to the old one near the south outlet. The store is cleaner, brighter, more organized and has a much better selection than the last one. Good bye Nordstrom Rack, I am never shopping anywhere but Saks Off 5th again. They have a huge selection of clothing (mens, womens, childrens), purses, jewelry, accessories, shoes. Their womens workout section was fairly small- mostly Calvin Klein. I would love to see them carry more yoga tops. They have a HUGE section of bags- I saw a lot of Marc by Marc Jacobs, Furla and Tory Bursch. They also have some formal dresses. Can I go back to high school prom? The prices they have listed are already often up to half off... then they have signs on almost all racks that give you an additional 30-40% off the lowest ticketed price. I bought close to $400 worth of a Marc by Marc Jacobs, Free people, J brand jeans for $100. So happy with my haul! Don't attempt to walk through without a shopping cart. And don't try to get through with just a basket, you will need the cart! The old Saks, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, etc. only seem to carry a small selection of things you would actually wear/buy Everything else seems like things that no one wanted. That was NOT the case at Off 5th. Not many people seem to know about this place yet and I hope it stays that way. There were so many things in my size. I reviewed the old Off Fifth (OF) and I'm both pleased and disappointed with this updated version. DISAPPOINTMENTS 1. This is no longer a hidden gem. Located in Town Square EVERYONE heads there now and the selection reflects that. 2. The selection is more pedestrian. This is my biggest gripe. There are lots of sizes and colors for various styles (like a department store), but there seem to be less unique pieces (like a department store). They are still there, but one has to spend the time to look through the racks to find them. The shoes, for example, are dull and typical. That won't be a problem for most people, but because I thoroughly enjoyed the variety in the selection at the old OF, it's certainly a disappointment. What made it such a treat to shop there before was the rare finds and truly unique pieces. The store feels like a well run, properly staffed, thoughtfully organized, slightly upscale Marshalls to me now. UPSIDE: The store is "shoppable" now. It's huge and laid out well. Even though the options are less exciting than I'd like, there are some unique options to interest bargain shoppers seeking mark downs on high-end options. There are still many deals to be found--I purchased a few items at 75% a few months ago and that is always a good thing. SUMMARY: The store has been watered down and beefed up all at once. More people will be drawn to it. But folks like me, will visit less frequently. I am aware that I am not their target customer--my patronage does not keep the doors open and create an institution. I liked OF when it was more scrappy. It's a much better store now. It draws in more customers and more people will be buying and wearing their clothes. And I will still stop by for gifts and a specific item. But I don't love it like I used to. read more

We love Saks OFF Fifth. This location is fairly new and we like that it doesn't have two levels like some do. Parking is ample, and airplanes fly over frequently. We visited for the first time on a recent trip and we will be back as we find these outlets to be the best of all the high brand (last call neiman Marcus, Nordstrom rack, etc). We were greeted kindly and when I asked for a cart, one of the staff went and grabbed me one. We also had a couple fitting rooms started for us as well and when I asked an employee re: price, the staff worked as a team to find that out for me. The selection for men and women is great. The brands are exceptional and so are the prices! They also had an additional 30 off, plus 10 more if you had a Saks card! The fittings room are a decent size and were well staffed. The staff was talking with themselves about things they perhaps shouldn't have, but it didn't really bother us. Another staff member who kinda of floated around different areas commented on how I looked good in several shirts so that was nice. Service at the cashier was good and they had several staff working when things picked up which seemed to happen after we arrived. Our bill was settled well and we left onwards to California. The decor is fun, options are vast, service is good, and prices are fabulous. You've gotta check this store out. read more

Customer service at Saks off 5th North premium outlet is beyond horrible. Will never go back to any Saks off 5th. have been shopping here for many many years. I spend a lot of money at Saks off 5th and have always been very pleased up until today. My family is visiting from Europe. And excitingly I took them to Saks off 5th at the north premium outlet in Vegas to shop. Biggest mistake! The security guard which is at least 6"5 kept following us and making us very uncomfortable. We felt singled out, but then we thought he's just doing his job. He continued following us and signaled to the store manager Daniel, that Daniel should keep an eye on us. We all saw this happen. And so did other customers. This was so extremely hurtful, humiliating and wrong! People in the store all looked at our direction As he pointed to us. We all were treated like thieves. We had teenagers with us that were so embarrassed and confused. I turned to Daniel. And expressed my feelings. To which Daniel on top of everything denied it all with a smirk on his face. This added insult to injury. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. And whether I spend a $1 or thousands. Treat me with respect. I feel sad that my family is on vacation and had to experience this at Saks Off 5th. A company I used to speak so highly of. All the expensive jewelry I own I bought it here. All the holiday jewelry I gifted friends and family Is from here. I regret doing this. And if I could return it all I would. I will never continue to spend one $1 with Saks Off 5th or Saks 5th avenue. I'm disgusted and hurt to say the least. How the company that big employs someone as Daniel has me lost. read more

Terrible selection! Premium Outlets location is far superior in this regard. While this store is "nicer" aesthetically speaking, their selection is awful. None of the high end designers are at this location. It's mostly Saks brand and cheaper "trendy" brands one might find at Macy's. Definitely doesn't carry what a traditional Saks Fifth Avenue store would. Avoid this location and head north! read more

Went to this store today after shopping at this location for years....everytime I go I make a purchase hard not to....the staff constantly changes...the staff now is sooooooo rude the manager sucks both of them....the energy was disgusting....and my husband and I get all the way the fuck home and they left the god Dann sensor on his pants. ..we don't even live on that side if town....wtf...I'm never going to this one again the location at interstate 15 is much much better...I wouldn't be surprised if they close this one down as they should...terrible!!!! Horrible. We were dressed up and going for a little walk after dinner. We walked in at 9:20 pm and they close at 10pm. By 9:30 they killed the music. At 9:50 they killed the lights. At 9:52 they already locked some of the doors so we had to go to a different exit. WE said good night to one of the staff as she was looking straight at us as we walked toward the locked door. Really? THEN, as I had already noticed that it felt cheaper than Ross Dress for Less with the ugly peg board end caps in Sak's, we passed Charming Charlie's. They're prices are MUCH less and they have beautiful chandeliers, white molding and rich red paint with wood floors. Sak's did not impress me one bit. I won't be back. read more
