This is one of my favorite Polo Ralph Lauren factory stores. They sometimes have purple label items and the clearance section in the back also has some gems. Overall they have more deals and stock than most of the other factory stores, I highly recommend it for PRL collectors and enthusiasts. read more

I was looking for Polo shirts and went through all the colors, sizes, and selections--probably made quite a mess in the process--but Dante was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even folded everything back so neatly. His customer service is truly exceptional. I got a good price here, but the staff seriously need better training on how to treat customers. I shopped here on Black Friday 2025, and every time I asked about an item, they barely responded and just pointed somewhere while saying "over there" or "we're out," without any effort to help. Later, I found the item myself in the store. And does it not only from one employee, but from three of them. Their attitude made me feel ignored, and it almost seemed like racial discrimination because I am Asian (fyi: i saw them really nice to other white customers). This experience was very disappointing, and I hope the management takes this seriously. read more

I always wait for sales season and if you're a Rewards member, you'll be getting emails and text messages for discount codes. This is the best way to save some $$$. The window display is always inviting, there's a wide variety of selection of apparels and accessories available in different sizes. Another thing that I love is the quality of the fabric and stitching. I've had a navy blue bear shirt for years and washed it multiple time. Simply amazing. The last time I came here was during the holiday season and this place has that spirit. The environment here is very friendly and welcoming. And the same can be said about the employees. I bought the 2 items in the photo on 2 separate occasions. The sweater was purchased first. Thanks for the sweater can be given to Linda, who helped me make the selection and for advocating for cotton clothing. Whenever I put the shown sweater on, I always feel comfortable and protected from the elements. Indeed, I have some other sweaters/winter jackets previously that I like wearing, put just don't keep me warm or irritate my body. That's what 100% cotton does for you lol. Also, I foresee myself wearing this sweater for years to come. Despite not knowing exactly how much I spent for it, this winter gear was a great deal and will go a long way. During my most recent visit here, I purchased the pants shown in the photo. That stain above the knee portion is my doing; the stain was not present before I left Ralph Lauren lol. These pants can be matched when a variety of T-shirts/collared shirts/flannels and are easy to wear. Also, they can be used for many purposes, except for exercise. Furthermore, the pants were a steal as well; I paid around $130 for them. In conclusion, I'd like to give a huge shout out to the star of the show, during my last visit. If you come here definitely ask for the incredible Suki. Suki helped me pick out the pants in the photo and showed amazing customer service. Immediately, I felt at ease in her presence and as if I could ask her anything. In addition to me asking her questions, she also made sure to ask me questions to make sure the pants were right for me. Suki left such a great impression on me that I was smiling ear to ear as I walked out of the establishment and for a few more hours after hehehe. Due to this, I'll definitely be coming back to see her and let her pick out outfits for me hahahaha. Suki, you deserve this recognition for making me feel like family. I wish if I can give below than one star, worst customer services, came to exchange 3 T-shirts because of size and the old lady at the counter was keep saying she can't do it since I don't have tags despite the facts I gave her receipts but she's behaving as if she owns the place and I am there for my own benefit on the contrary I am the customer who's paying for goods and I have all the rights to exchange it or return it and you being an employee for Ralph has to that but she was so dumb that she didn't bother about anything. Monica an employee at the South Premium outlets was very rude and unprofessional. I came in 2 days ago and made a $300 purchase and a couple of items were the wrong sizes. I brought them back to get the right size and when I put them on the counter she was looking at me like I stole them why because I am black. I gave her my email to look at the receipt and with it being on there she was still very rude. The manager(young gentleman) on duty was very nice and helpful. read more

I had the worst customer service here.. the cashier named allison was not friendly enough. She gave me and my aunt who is visiting from australia an attitude after we bought 10 shirts. She said that they have a limit on the shirt but unfortunately as a consumer I did not see anything listed that you can only buy a certain number. I was at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets - South mall to shop for new clothes with my boyfriend and we aren't from Vegas so we didn't really know what stores were the best. We were pretty much checking out any store that looked like they sold men's clothing. Upon entering the store, we were greeted in a friendly manner by someone up front returning rejected clothing to its rack. This was probably the only pleasant part of our visit. The store itself seemed too crowded with clothing for the space. You couldn't get through to the back of the store without pushing through the clothing on the racks on either side of you. If you were a larger customer you might just have to hang out at the front waiting for the rest of your party. My boyfriend, as with most males, dreads any shopping experience so I was doing most of the actual shopping and he would try things on. Knowing that most stores keep their deals in the back, I made a beeline for the furthest racks. The racks I found weren't even great deals. It was a 40% off rack, with the discount coming off of the original full prices. I started scanning through it anyway just in case there happened to be something we couldn't live without and the second or third shirt I got to was full of holes! And I'm not talking about little holes either, the sleeve had four holes larger than the size of a quarter. It was a bit ridiculous. Now I know that sometimes when merchandise is damaged they will move it to the discount rack, but there's a difference between missing a few buttons and being shredded. Based on the lack of a severely discounted price, I guessed that it had simply been overlooked. Upon coming to this conclusion, I decided that I would do the right thing and help them out. I grabbed the shirt and headed to the front register. There were two people working to check people out behind the counter and maybe four people in line, nothing too crazy. I approached the side of the counter which put me less than a foot from the first checker. I said excuse me to get her attention and waited patiently. When I got no response I assumed it was because she hadn't heard me. I said excuse me again, louder this time and watched as she looked up from the corner of her eye and then quickly glanced back down with a snide look on her face. At this point the other checker glanced my way too, he didn't have the same rude smirk on his face, but still completely ignored me. There wasn't a "I'll be right with you ma'am" or any sort of acknowledgement by either of them. At this point I was upset. Here I was doing them a favor, helping to do part of their job for them and they didn't even have the decency to provide with the most basic of customer service policies. I threw the shirt down on the counter behind them and literally walked out of the store. Never, in my life have I ever felt so incredibly offended by store employees. This was my first experience in a Polo Ralph Lauren store and it will be my last. read more
