Sheiks always has a decent selection of fly clothing. They used to have a much larger selection of shoes to choose from. But in recent date there Jordan selection among other high demand shoes have been in decline. But for the first time in what feels like forever they had a pair of retros for sale on the release date. I'm one of those people that defaults to leaving a 5 star review as long as the experience isnt overall bad. My experience has been incredibly unpleasant so far it's been EXTREMELY inconvenient. I pre paid for a pair of shoes on the app and was told I could pick up in store. What's strange is that upon arrival some hours later, I was informed that they did in fact have the exact shoe I paid for, but have to wait for the shoe to be shipped to them, which prompts a second email letting me know the shoes are available for pick up. Perhaps I'm missing something, but if the wait time for shipping to a home address and paying to pick up from the store are the same, what is the benefit of pre-paying for store pick up? I digress. I purchased a second pair of the same shoe because they were there and available.... But apparently it was not possible to give me the pair and complete my pre-purchase order..... I paid again, and said I'll just give a call to the customer service line to return the other pair. It's now been over 7 days of calling the following numbers and trying different combinations of selection to reach a live person and I've been put on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on, multiple times & have not had one single pick up from the physical store where the shoes were sent here at Town Square in Vegas. I'm truly baffled & feel like my business means nothing. Feels very close to being scammed. I've made two purchases & cannot get a hold of an employee of sheikh if my life depended on it. After brunch on Saturday, I asked my husband to take me to Town Square so I can pick up a few items from Sephora. At first my husband was going to park by Old Navy, but I asked him to drop me off nearer to the my destination since he's so good and patient at finding up front parking. As we get nearer to my store, he spots SHIEKH! He thought he was in trouble with me spending money on makeup, the jokes on me. So my husband drops me off and says, "I'll meet you right here! Don't leave!" It doesn't take much time at all to blow a bunch of money at the makeup store, so I did end up finding my husband in Shiekh no less than 5-minutes after he dropped me off. And honestly, it didn't take long to find him with the big 23 lighted shoe shelf all the way in the back of the store. This Shiekh location, but its been a while since I've been in a Shiekh, does not resemble any of the ones that I've been to in CA. This location is really nice and clean. To me, it seems upscale with all the space, cushy seating, dark tone "recycled" wood paneling. So I find my husband with a Jordan's in his hand. So I ask, "how much?" He replied, "does that say $59.99?" I look and it sure did. We're in shock because Jordan's don't normally go that low. And there was a bunch of styles and colors to choose from at that price. So I was rather impressed with my husband when he walked out with only a pair of Nike slippahs (flip flops) and a Raider t-shirt. So if you're a sneaker head, my husband would definitely recommend with Shiekh location. Oh, and props to the employees there as well. Friendly and helpful people. read more

I definitely felt like my business didn't matter here. I came on Sunday, May 7th around 4pm. My wife was going to buy some Jordan's in the boys section and I was going to buy some Jordan's in the men's. When I asked if these Jordan's were available, the guy simply pointed to another girl employee. I then repeated my question and I felt some attitude from her when she said what size? I ended up trying on the display shoe and after trying it on I was thinking of getting it; however, neither employee said anything to me or my wife for that matter. I did look at them and the guy seemed busy helping others but the girl was just at the counter, talking to him about something. Anyways, I don't like writing bad reviews but customer service is huge to me. I don't get this treatment at their competitor companies, like shoe palace, foot locker, finish line, etc... funny fact, we went to finish line a few stores down and the guy asked me right away if I needed anything, opened the door for us, and even asked my wife if she wanted to come in and cool off because she was going to say outside. Ok, so I love just about everything about this store, the customer service is amazing, location is the closest to my home in Henderson, store is always well kept and I just like going there where the team members know your name and have created a great culture with in the store and all of the staff. My only complaint at all is that I wear a size 12 men's size shoe and I am a shoe fanatic that actually wears my shoes. I have had to pass up what I consider my store and go search for a store that actually carries the new releases and even to be involved in the in store raffle. Or search another company, which is such a hassle. I'm a pretty young local retired firefighter and worked as our public information and Community liaison officer and I learned very early that if I took care of my community that they would take care of me and whenever they call 911, they expect an answer no matter what. I'm asking that the folk that do supply this store and those like it, can also show up with up to date, high demand products that (we) loyal customers like also. i just recently stopped by and let me tell you, they have definitely bettered since the last time I came in... they are very attentive and friendly and most of all I feel welcomed!! I don't think I like this location. Other locations that I've been to were a lot bigger and had more fun shoes. This location only really has athletic shoes and some sandals in the front. Anything that I might've wanted wasn't on sale, although They have a big sale going on it wasn't on anything good. I've had several bad experiences with this location. Particularly when I purchased a pair of Women's Jordan shoes. They were supposed to be a gift, I changed my mind and tried to return said shoes with my receipt and was told due to covid no returns could be made. Well that just doesn't make sense since nowhere in the store is this policy posted nor was I told at the time of sale that all sales were final. No manager in the store to solve this issue. I won't be shopping there anymore as this isn't the first time I've had problems with this store and the employees being rude and unhelpful. I'm positive they hustle the sneaker releases among the employees.
