Came here to look around and possibly buy some shirts. The store is a nice size with some quality clothing. The women's section is twice as big as the men so it definitely caters more to women clothing than men. The value of clothing was okay, with some nicely priced and some appearing overpriced as well. I had some questions concerning some of the items but with limited staff it was hard to get my questions answered initially. Upon checking out, we were met with limited cashiers which did not match the busy nature of the store. I'd recommend better organization of the clothing and more staff to assist customers. read more

I wanted to browse this store to see what my size is, so on saturday night (4/24/21), we came for a little spin around the store. According to the measurements online, I'm a medium, but when I received the dresses (a christmas gift), they were a little bit big on me. I just belted them when I wear them. So, when I saw the basics collection, according to the tees, I'm an XS. It was mostly solids, in neutral colors (white, grey, black, off-white), but there was a blue striped tee at $5.99. Selections are sorted by colors. I saw mostly tops that I'm interested in. Some of the tops were made from organic cotton. A plus for me. I didn't buy anything but I think we'll be back soon. I came here 2-3 times, and the male manager Dustin is super friendly to all the other customers. But whenever he sees me and my family, his expression changes indifferently right away. Today I came here to buy some jeans. But after purchasing them, he greeted the customer ahead of me saying "thank you very very much." But he said nothing to me and my family. The star manager Claudia is also the same. I think this is racism. If it isn't, then what is it? So we returned the jeans, because I did not want to use my money at a place like this. I like H&M because they seem to have just the right amount of assortment. If you give me too many options, I get overwhelmed...pick up everything and leave with nothing. I like the Fashion Show location better as they seem to have more stuff in my size compared to this location. However, parking is so much easier here since it's just right outside the store. I wear the same size for any brands but for some reason, when it comes to tops with buttons, I have to go one size bigger. I've also noticed recently that they only allow you to try 7 items at a time in the fitting room. I usually get clothes for bumming around, work and school here. I'll keep this review short and sweet. I've always been a fan of this store. I always find what I need here. Whether it be a basic burgundy long sleeve, a white button up or a bold necklace. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories for men and women. The color selections are insane and a lot of the items are unisex. I do have a few scarves that I picked from the mens side. Only reason I docked a star was because it can be messy at times and the wait at the cash register can be annoying. Other than that, I will continue to shop here whenever I need to find a specific something. read more

I'm not much for buying clothes, simply beacuse I wear scrubs because I work in a blood lab all day. Obviously, H&M doesn't carry clothes I can get blood on, but that's okay. I feel as if this store is getting more disorganized the longer it's here in Town Square. The entire left side of the store is a nightmare, where they keep accessories and sweaters. Directly to the right of the entrance, before you get to the mens section, where the discounted items are, is a complete wreck 9 times out of 10. I feel like I'm shopping at Ross as of 10 years ago when I walk through. I don't want to wade through the mess to find anything. I did go here on Black Friday 2013... technically still Thanksgiving, and I walked out with a jersey robe for $12.99. I couldn't find anything else that I remotely wanted. What I have bought here, 2 skirts, a sweater and a robe, I've really liked, but more often than not, there's not much I could see myself wanting. There's a lot of items I can see $30k millionaires buying (see TheDirty) for when they go out clubbing but... meh, nothing is spectacular. The kids section is not too bad. What makes this one cool is, it has easy access to Men, Woman & kids. Like always, the woman section is huge but to be honest the kids and men area at this location is pretty big as well. Finally!! Europe's low-budget fashion secret is in Vegas! H&M has landed (at two LV Strip locations)! This one -- at the freshly opened Town Square location -- is packed with all sorts of gorgeous, easily accessible things for women, men, and children. I got a new coat! Um, I mean, my mom & dad bought me a new coat that I'm supposed to be surprised about for Christmas. (Fortunately, I'm a wonderful actress and will give them a show they won't soon forget!) Anyways, this new location was relatively crowd-free, the staff was very friendly, and even my dad had an easy time working his way through the racks and stacks of chic clothes, shoes, and accessories. (things that usually leave him outside, waiting in fear by the car) All for unbelievably low prices. (a fact that left my dad feeling *pleased*. Not a term we used for him at xmas!) The only downside was though they'd only been open for under a month, they seemed to be out of a lot of different stuff. I don't know why that really surprised me. I come into this store and run into Alex W. and he is always so welcoming and happy to help me out. I like to be in and out, and he always happens to be the one helping me when I visit this store. Happy to finally live in a city that has this store! It is a fairly large location, though I've heard that the two-story locations are largest: haven't been to one, don't have anything to compare this to other than one I went to years ago. Subtracted a star due to the messy and disheveled state of the clothing racks- I understand it's a popular store, but for an early afternoon weekday, it was messier than what was expected or acceptable. Clearance section was not even remotely organized- mostly because I could not find it. There was a concentration of orange tags in one corner of the store, but there were plenty of non-sale items mixed into that section. Very odd. Opted for a dress priced at $15 and a clearance sweater marked at $7- cashier rang me up with an additional but unmentioned $3 discount. Maybe that was to make up for the fact that out of two employees running two registers, the left line I was in took nearly 15 minutes but people were flying through the one on the right? read more

Devon is amazing! He gave us tips on what to look for and helped us look for styles we are looking for! Cashier (blonde with really nice lashes-forgot to ask her name) she is awesome as well! The lines were long (Black Friday) but they are fast and organized with lines. They are fast and at the same time, do not feel rushed when looking for my card. Fitting room also have long lines but overall pleasant experience with staff. This is my first time shopping Black Friday. I usually avoid them but ended up needed some clothes for business travel. I've been a fan of this chain for many years. It's cheap & I have never left the store without anything. I tend to buy things that I never came in looking for so I've ended up with dozens of scarves & ballerina flats :) They have a a great variety of business choices & casual wear. The only reason I didn't give them a five star rating is because sometimes the store is a mess. 2 Stars. Nothing particularly wrong with the store.... but, staff. Im not 100% sure this guys was even an employee. If not, then this review is irrelevant. But My husband and I went to the Town square location. We have been trying to find him a nice coat to wear to work. So we walked in there already knowing what we were looking for and were on a mission to find it. We went there on Saturday, January 12th. Want to say around 7pm ish. We walked in and went directly to the male side to try and find a nice black coat for my husband. There was a man in a green pants, and glasses who was persistently following us from the moment we walked in the store. I don't know if he thought it was weird how we just went straight to the male side and quickly looked. Perhaps he thought we were trying to shop lift or something? But instead of indulging his suspicion, and asking "is there something I can help you find?" he was aggressively following us all over the store, with not much space between us and him. He kept locking eyes with us and was the next rack over from us staring at us. We found one coat we had liked but they didn't have it in his size in the color we liked. We scanned the rest of the male side and realized there was nothing we had liked, for the style of coat we were looking for. The man the proceeded to follow us back towards the female side. I was getting ready to walk out the door. My husband wanted to make a point and got behind him and started walking fast to follow him around. We both left extremely annoyed that this guy was following all over the store for no reason. He wasn't even trying to hide it. A little offended if he is an employee, that he just assumes my husband and myself were trying to shoplift. At least, the way he was following us gave us that impression. We didn't look dolled up by any means... we dressed casual. We had a lazy Saturday. If this man is your employee... please teach him how to properly approach a situation if he is unsure. Because not saying a word to us and aggressively following our every move from rack to rack was extremely obnoxious and offensive. read more

I actually found some awesome jeans on this trip, which is a rare thing. I like the great selection of the entire store, but I'm not thrilled about the lack of organization. The jeans area is very messy with all the different styles mixed in together, which means you really have to dig for your size/style. The rest of racks are jam packed, which makes it nearly impossible to shop and I just don't understand why it's set up this way. I'm glad I can come here and find some good items but most of the time I just don't stop in because this place feels like a zoo.... In a nutshell too much clothes, too many racks, too many people, too packed makes for a not so great shopping trip but overall it's okay. read more

I like H & M when I can actually find my size and something that fits right. They actually have some cute stuff but finding the right fit can be tough as my sizes normally run out pretty quickly. Some things are reasonably price and other things I wouldn't even pay $40 plus for. Their kids clothes are cute too. The selection is smaller unlike the women's which can fill up about 2.5 sections of the store. I was able to score some pants for my little tot for a reasonable price more reasonable than a big box store surprisingly. I'll have to see how they hold up with a weekly washing but kids grow out of things fast so spending $$$ is not in my budget. I would definitely say come here on a weekday if possible. The weekends and holiday weekends can get quite packed and the line for the cashier can be long. Overall it's decent when you can find something and pricing can be reasonable for the quality. read more

I struggle to find the ephemeral reason the hairs on my neck bristle like cactus pines and my guts grit and roll like a cement machine whenever I browse this location. Then I figured it out. Basic. Basic. Basssssfuckingic. If you want to completely and unabashedly fit in with the boring whatever yawnclub crowd -- not even the seapunks and mermaids-- then this is seriously the place. I should say "accountants and invisibles", because yawnclub makes them sound much cooler than they are. Trust: you don't want to be part of the yawnclub. It's catered to suck the last bits of turista winnings before they hop LAS home. In so doing, they've cultivated the perfect antipalette of H&M offerings to offend absolutely no one and sell to absolutely anyone. Consider each walk through the doorway a $25 cha-ching sound. Always. They can somehow sneak $44-68 from you like it's frivolous gum money. You can't enter the damn store without being unoffended and entranced enough to find some boring piece of shit garment that's going to at least semi fit with your overall style picture. You'll just later look at it after the club music and shopamine highs wear off and need a Pepto Bismol shot for the wrenching gut you get looking at your new garment in the harsh light of day. And if you're a conscious consumer you'll not just later hate yourself but also all the Indonesian and Pakistani children who made it and the Swedish billionaires who commissioned it. Especially the fucking Swedish billionaires. If you have at least some style and like cheap shit, cross this H&M off your list. (I wish I had a better go-to option, but the best stores in LV only have a 1-3 year shelflife. And there is no Uniqlo in LV yet, though it desperately needs one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) read more

Everything from basics, to business, to causal, and alternative (somewhat). Also lines are not extremely long like they used to be and fitting rooms are bigger. H&M features some pretty good clothes at some very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the shopping experience and customer service at this location is abysmal. This store appears to be more disorganized than most. Most of the sale clothing racks are just extra small or XXL sizes, nothing for the regular sized people. The clearance area is usually a complete wreck. Finding what you're looking for is hit or miss and I can't help but notice the mess makes the place looks like a trendier version of Ross. Asking a sales associate if they have extra sizes illicit a common response: "everything we have is out here." Fortunately, H&M has enough promotions and sales to keep me coming back. The gods of fashion were listening to me. They graced us with an H&M on the west coast! This place may not be as big as their eastern counter parts, but you can sure make a dent in your pocket book. From blouses, leggings, handbags to jean they carry it all (both men and women fashions). The sizing is a bit odd, but they carry petite sizes which is great for me!!! I was able to get a cute animal printed blouse for $15 (I'm a sucker for animal print). It's located in the Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood, so stop by for some affordable fashion if you're in the area! read more

AWFUL customer service!!! The lady was very very rude at the counter when I tried to return something. I have the receipt, the shirt which was NEVER WORN, tags were still on, not really sure what else she needed. One problem... the credit card I used to buy the shirt had since become expired. Bad luck I guess... they refused to give me money back. I showed her the card, and how it was expired, showed them the NEW CARD that had replaced the expired one, and the only thing they would tell me is sorry, merchandise credit only. I HAVE THE RECEIPT! The TAGS are still ON IT.... SERIOUSLY!?? I don't want another cheap piece of clothing, I don't EVER want to come back to this store EVER AGAIN! The manager came over, and didn't do anything just repeated the same thing the lady said. Why did you bother calling your manager, when he isn't going to do anything. I have never understood why people working in retail think they are better than the customer. HELLO, you are a CASHIER at H&M. You basically suck at life, and you have the balls to be RUDE to me, the person keeping you employed by shopping there? Doesn't make sense to me. The only thing this location has going for it, is the size, location and selection. Customer service is so poor. I came in early Monday afternoon, far from a peak hour when I could understand a lack of service, to do an exchange. I went to the fitting room where there were two associates standing at the podium and I proceeded to wait for them to finish up their conversation. When they were done discussing their break times, one of them looked up at me and without a word, grabbed a number and put it on a room. Then, that person decided the best time to ask the cashier about her break time was in the middle of my transaction. The cashier wasn't rude but didn't say anything other than hello and have a nice day. Cash wrap is the customer's last impression of their store experience, I'm sure there's somebody on payroll with a little more pep in their step than the girl who completed my transaction. read more

My galpal - Candy - and I are huge fans of Audrey Hepburn, not only for her elegance but for her fashion style. To honor the woman who draped herself in what is my favorite accessory, we shuffled our way to H&M to look for scarves after a yogurt treat right across at yogurtland. The store was neatly organized, allocating womens clothing on the left and mens on the right with clear dividers. For some reason, I feel like vintage 40s-60s fashion is slowly getting back in trend. Conservative dresses, ribbons, pleats, and golden shoulder buttons are in and I am liking it! Hung in the accessory area were lines of scarves made of all sorts of materials from cotton to silk. For roughly $9 a scarf, you have the ability to create and re-create looks. During her days as a struggling artist, Audrey Hepburn was well-known for wearing the same set of clothes day in and out of theatre but because she had 14 different scarves to alternate every now and then, she always looked fresh and attractive. Sadly, my friend and I didn't have a budget for new scarves so that'll probably have to wait a while. Besides the casual, business, chic styles up front of the store near the entrance, you can also find some good active wear essentials at the back. Because the quality of their clothing material was really good, you could also expect the prices to be a tad bit higher compared to Forever 21. In the end, I settled with buying myself a tank top and jogging shorts at Forever21 for only about $7-8 combined. Gotta squeeze every penny while I'm in college. This road to nursing and medical school (cross my fingers) is long and tuition won't pay for itself. read more
