Turns out I needed antibiotics and urgent care diagnosed me with an outer ear infection and only gave me ear drops, making the problem worse. A few weeks after the infection I woke up in the middle of the night with this horrible pain and ringing in my ear and I lost hearing in one ear for weeks. I went to an ent and got put on antibiotics and had to keep seeing him for a few months to get my hearing back in that ear. But there have been times when family first urgent care has been great. I would say if you're going for a standard test, like a strep test or something or if it's a Saturday or Sunday and no one else is open and you're desperate, then they're fine.

She was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. Based on my symptoms, she recommended a colonoscopy and endoscopy and made sure I understood the process and what to expect. Overall - everything was explained very well by the doctor and was very personal. The most important thing is that surgery went well and the follow-ups post op were with the doctor and EVERYTHING was explained about recovery. The practice has a nurse you can speak to over the phone from home regarding post-op questions. Big help overall, thanks again to everyone involved.
