She mentioned there had been new staff who made there error, but she was mean spirited and handled the situation poorly, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and humiliated as I left. I understand human error, but that older receptionist with the bad leg really hurt my feelings for no reason and I hope she finds a profession more suited to her standards.

Within his primary practice he always taken exceptional care of myself and several friends. I will add 1 of which was on hard times and Dr. Chinnici was able to help her free of charge and without hesitation. He and his staff also contacted the pharmaceutical manufacturer to obtain free life saving medication to help. It's truly sad to read this post because I can say Dr. Chinnici has a long standing practice and he truly goes above and beyond. He has devoted his life to putting the needs of his patients 1st at all times. He's an incredible asset and we need more doctors like him!

They are unorganized, rude, and never return calls or follow up on anything. Their billing Dept routinely bills me for my copay although I always pay it in the office on the date of the visit. When I question the office, they tell me just to disregard the bill. The absurdity of them paying to send me a statement, then wasting my time trying to get it resolved. I'm done with this office. Had a 3:45 appt today and it's 5:15 and still have not even had vitals taken. I'm done! Avoid avoid avoid this office. It's the worst there is. I would give a negative 1 if I could!

The staff and nurses put you at ease and treat you like you are their top priority. Kind, attentive and friendly! We recently had our son there for surgery and the dr will come out or call after the procedure. My one complaint is that the wifi is very poor there and a lot of their communication to families in the waiting room are texts and phone. You dont get good reception, if at all. The dr had tried calling us and got our voice mail and left 2 messages that we had to leave the building to pick up. BUT...the staff called the doctor directly and we were able to speak to him. That meant a great deal to us, knowing that both our doctor and the staff went out of their way for us. Great staff, great care!

Pre-op room was super clean and clutter free. Nurses and technicians were very professional, calm, super friendly, and comforting, taking pre-procedure stress off and helping to relax. In the op room I felt the same friendly attitude before quickly falling asleep :) Post-op was very smooth and comforting as well.
