As for the wines I got myself the Argentine whereas my husband got himself a St Nicolas De Bourgueil, both paired well with out respective dishes. The portions of the food were great, the salmon was a bit bland for my liking but they did have salt and pepper on the table ready for use so I added those and paired with the ratatouille made for a tasty dish. The meal was affordable and it tasted okay but my issue is the lack of authenticity. Com Bo Luc Lac usually has onions and tomatoes with the beef. This was only beef and there was no sauce glaze on it. Also restaurant usually served it with a side of salad. Vietnam is an agricultural country and most of our dishes usually have a plethora of veggies. My boyfriend isn't even a picky guy but he said his Pho was below average. I'm not sure why this place has great ratings... maybe there was a recent change in ownership and it's no longer what it used to be.
