Krista created a practical project plan tailored to my vision for the future of the property. She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. Jairo, John, Michael, Antonio, Alejandro, and Humberto took extra care to keep everything progressing smoothly while responding to my questions or concerns. I did end up having some plumbing issues that were caused by the foundation lift. This was explained to me in detail before the project. The damage occurred during the lift and not during the preparations by Risen. I was so glad that I had chosen Risen, as I still had funds left for all subsequent repairs. 5-stars!

I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

Although the work done by Vantage foundation repair was done in 2016 we started noticing issues…read moreright away with more cracks on the walls and doors not closing properly. The bedroom section of our home slants downward with our wooden floors bulging in some areas and causing crackling noises like never before. We hired this company because of favorable reviews but now realize you can't always count on this. We felt our home should have been professionally leveled, it makes no sense whatsoever adding new concrete piers on a totally unleveled structure. Even the engineer hired to do the final inspection overlooked the fact that there were two concrete piers missing from the intended amount. So much for professionalism.

I contacted Vantage when I noticed cracks in my tile floor that weren't there before. Derk came out…read morepromptly at the appointment time and I showed him the floor. He took measurements of how level the floor was across the entire tiled area and determined that it was well within limits of what it should be. He also examined the visible part of the foundation outside the house and said there was no visible issues there either. He assured me that all seemed perfectly fine, but also had some suggestions as to further tests I could have done on the plumbing to determine if there was a possible leak that might be causing a slight shift in the slab. I thanked him and asked how much I owed him for the inspection. He said "no charge". How unexpected that was! Derk was completely professional and personable the whole time. I'd definitely call him again if I need help (which I hope I never do!)
