I followed-up with three phone calls to the front-desk staff after our appointment and still never got a call back from the doctor. Granted, my mother's case was somewhat complicated because she'd neglected her teeth due to Alzheimer's Disease, but Dr. Pinyan seemed overwhelmed and came across as less-than-knowledgeable.
