I followed-up with three phone calls to the front-desk staff after our appointment and still never got a call back from the doctor. Granted, my mother's case was somewhat complicated because she'd neglected her teeth due to Alzheimer's Disease, but Dr. Pinyan seemed overwhelmed and came across as less-than-knowledgeable. I could understand if this case was beyond her scope of expertise--but not returning my calls and never bothering to circle back with me about recommendations or referrals to someone who COULD help my mom--is unacceptable in my eyes.

I am saddened by the absolute lack of professional courtesy and respect. Patients should not be harmed by lack of attention from the dentist. When a client complains about an experience they should feel listened to not disregarded. There is clearly a great divide in the older staff who worked there before and the newer staff. I wish them the best, but taking my business elsewhere.

They made him feel very comfortable. My son had a lot of problems such as a rotten tooth that he didn't tell me had been bothering him for over 6 months. They put me at ease with showing me the teeth that were going to naturally come out on their own and would not need the cavities filled and showed me two that needed them filled as they were starting to affect the adult teeth next to them. She also showed me that they can be remineralized with a good toothpaste, and even gave me a recipe for a homemade toothpaste with ingredients I have at home. He had two teeth that needed to come out. One was a baby tooth and one was part of a baby tooth that didn't come out with the old tooth. Thankfully all his adult teeth will look good and the problems with his baby teeth have not affected the adult teeth with any lasting impact. Praising God for a good dentist office that is affordable and doesn't use fluoride. They even do safe mercury filling removals so I know I will want to do this later. It was well worth the drive and I can see why people drive 4 1/2 hours from out of the state to this dentist office.

We were referred to Dr. Tina by both our general dentist and pediatrician when we first moved to…read morethe area 3 1/2 years ago. What a great blessing she has been. All three of our children love going to the dentist because of her and her office. They run to the door, excited that they have their own smaller entrance, and then get excited for the activities she has provided while they wait for me to check in. They love the animal murals painted on the walls, and the matching stuffed animals that each have a set of teeth and a giant toothbrush so that children can practice brushing their teeth. There has never been much of a wait time in the waiting room. The assistants and hygienists all talk in low, soothing, voices and have pleasant personalities that could calm any anxious child....and I would know because 2 of my 3 are on the anxious side. The quality of care is unsurpassed. My third child had what my husband and I called a"chipmunk cheek" problem as a baby. He would put food in his mouth and then leave it there for hours. This resulted in some back molar teeth that looked like Swiss cheese and needed to have oral surgery to have caps put on. He was not quite two at the time, and still Dr. Tina did a beautiful job! Dr. Tina is straight forward and explains things. She shows pictures and lets you know why different procedures are or are not needed. She has always taken a little extra time with me and shown the most care for our children. It sounds funny to say about a dentist, but I feel that she really does love our children and wants the best for them. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

It's located in a larger building in a medical park with a smaller door specifically for kids. The waiting room had a smaller play area. When we were called back I was surprised how large the space is with all the treatment rooms and bays. We were in the monkey room and so much attention to detail. They asked questions to get to know my daughter, and put on her fav show while we were waiting for the dentist to check over her teeth. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We paid up front and they then filed insurance for us.
