Within 20 minutes she was calling back saying there was an opening and a rep could be out within an hour. Tucker showed up and was absolutely amazing. He introduced himself with a handshake and immediately greeted our cat when he walked into the room to seeing what was going on. He diagnosed our issue within minutes and went straight to work! He chatted with me while he worked and was extremely personable. He took photos and videos both before and after the job and tested every aspect of the sink/disposal before he left. They were able to fit me in quickly, and I had the service technician come promptly! He was able to install my faucet, and fixed some caulking around my sink. I love my new faucet, and it was installed well. Price wise, there is a $60 service fee to stop by and review the work to be done, and total bill came in under what I had roughly estimated for the job. In my opinion, based on the work done, I thought it was quite reasonable, and would definitely reach out to them again!

I…read morecalled and spoke with the scheduler and she was very pleasant and asked the right questions and made the appointment. Mr Dease showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. His helper was also great and he was a true asset to Mr Dease throughout the job. He took a look at the issue and gave a very reasonable price, which we accepted. He was done in just about an hour. He did a great job. The problem was solved as he had to install a new main valve and reduce the water pressure as it was far too high and was the source of the water hammer. He did such a great job, we wanted him to repair a shower valve and he did that today and another perfect job. We are so glad we chose Mr Dease and will recommend him to anyone.

I thought I had a leak in the under sink grey water pump and I was asking for a complete replacement. Roger found several connections loose and recommended for me to keep the pump. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars of repair. He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had made a temporary repair over Christmas when the family was here. Replaced my DIY work and made it much more professional. He inspected a few other places - the original plumbing can be an issue - but he told me I was OK. Pricing was super reasonable. The Bunn coffee maker dropped at a rate of a quart per night to make for a dangerous slippery floor for senior ladies who just wanted to make a meal for our friends without homes and a preschool. I chose lead-free faucets with NSF certification. I looked hard for the right BUNN configuration for the coffee pot. I was about to ask non-certified, good-hearted folks to replace sinks/faucets to make all good again. As it would work out, they couldn't get it done for awhile...Oh, my...Then I called Junior. He had the quote, the specs, and expertise to know that the stuff I researched to be good--was not commercial. It did not have the safety features, nor the ratings to serve our 7-sink kitchen. What did Junior set up for us?? ADA certified, lever faucets with aeration ( no splash) and with scalding hot safety-minded regulators. THANK YOU!! What about the BUNN coffee maker? Someone long ago installed the thing with vinyl tubing and Sharkbites--not cool. Junior got rid of the out-of- compliance tubing and gave us a sounder system meeting code.
