Now my brows are very complicated . My right brow is significantly shorter than my left so not many ppl can get the shape right and once again she delivered! She took her time and still had me in and out of there in maybe around 20 minutes . She showed me where my hair was growing back in and how I should use the pencil ! They were all super friendly and took the time to explain everything, though this wasn't my first removal, so I didn't have as many questions as most might. I've had 13 sessions already prior to coming here, both picosure and revlite and, sad to say, I had a very bad experience at my last place. It might be too early to say this, but after one night, I'm already seeing bare spots, pretty crazy as after 13 prior sessions, I still did not have an actual bare spot, just spots that are lighter in color. Will keep everyone posted, I'm getting my next session mid June! Fingers crossed this tat will be off soon~

Jessie did an AWESOME job taming my CRAZY hair, without cutting it all off!! I love how she really explained the process of the Deva Cut, and gave me some great ideas (NOT just pushing products) to help have more success with my unruly locks. With the Deva cut, they cut your hair dry (to get a better feel of the curl) and then wash and condition, and dry afterwards. I'm still seeing great results nearly a week later, and that's rare for me!! Wow!! GREAT service, super attention to detail, and no matter how busy they got as the morning went on, I never once felt overlooked, which happens in other salons no matter how much you're paying. It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. The person who was dying my hair for a year now is not there anymore. Most of the people who were taking care of me before are not there anymore. Today it was the worst experience ever! I am really disappointed with the service. My hair looks awful. I wish I have not used them. My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register. I understand that people can make mistakes but no one has owned up to it to say I am sorry. They were making me feel that they were the victims when indeed they had control of my hair and head. If you love and respect your hair, you will not commit color suicide to your hair.
