I am a beauty junkie and extremely picky about who I let touch my face; especially anything…read morepermanent or super obvious like eyebrows. Eyebrows NOT eyes are the windows to the soul. Brows can make or break your face. Too thin or too dark they age you dramatically or people will wonder why you are confused or angry. The perfect shape brow and you look rested, refreshed and modern. Kim is a brow genius. There are no emojis to express her gifts. She explained her process, aftercare, the tools she would be using and her logic. She chose a dark blond pigment to match my hair and corrected the shape and color of my previous microblading experience. The new shape made my eyes look more balanced, natural, refreshed and open. The procedure itself was not painful at all. Kim applied a numbing cream, and then it was just a little scratchy vibration. As a last minute decision I decided to get an eyelash line enhancement to make my eyes pop. It's a very subtle pigment in between each lash. Think of it like a naked liner. Epic. Thank you so much Kim for giving me brows to go into the rest of 2020 like, "What?!"

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

Curls are springier but my hair looks and feels a lot thinner than it did before I cut it. I don't like how I still have a short, triangular top layer with a bottom layer that goes inward, giving it a mushroom-like appearance. The right side of my hair is not only thin to the point where I can see through my layer, it's noticeably shorter than the left. I regret getting a deva cut because I'll now need to spend twice the time growing it out in hopes of fixing my hair and re-trimming/cutting it. Michelle is great at what she does, but this cut definitely wasn't for me.

It felt great to have a conversation with Michelle about products and styling techniques to improve my styling methods from season to season. Her office is super chic and very clean. We both wore masks for the duration of the appointment. I described what I wanted and showed her a photo, and she matched it EXACTLY. First, she performed a beautiful dry cut with a round, super layered shape. I was excited to get washed using Olaplex products for the first time ever. She styled using multiple products to form a cast. I went under the dryer and diffuse, and voila! Shiny, healthy, layered, elongated curls! She helped me wrap my hair because (my luck) it was storming the day of my cut. I woke up the next morning and decided to do a quick restyle after dealing with the weather! Well.. HOLY. COW. All I did was re-wet and diffuse upside down, and the round, voluminous cut came alive. The layering is so perfect that the cut revitalized my curls! I will never go to a "curly salon" again as long as I can keep Michelle!
