I have been going here since about the time it opened. The people are great and I get a pretty good car wash. Sometimes I get the ultimate for $25. I like that because they dry your car and clean your wheels. Today I went and got the ultimate and pulled over to have them dry and clean the wheels. She said she was done and i gave her a $5 tip. I asked if she did the wheels and she said ever since they quit doing the detsil, they don't do the tires. So I paid an extra $5 for the carwash I didn't need and another $5 for the tip to dry and clean the wheels. Very disappointed that they don't clean the wheels. Now I have to go home and do that. I am reposting this review because when it posted back when this incident happened, Bubba's told me to remove it and they would pay for the damage to my car. I trusted them, I removed it but they never paid my insurance carrier. Now I am reposting. On July 29, 2024 I took my brand new 2024 Kia Sorrento through this car wash. There was a little Toyota Tacoma in front of my vehicle. Somehow that Toyota bounced off the tracks and stopped moving. The car wash did not stop and my car kept hitting the Toyota repeatedly. Finally, they turn the car wash off. The guy told me to proceed through the car wash and go back around and go through the car wash again. I asked him if there was any damage to the front of my car and he assured me there was not. Well, as you can see from the photos they're clearly was damaged. This cracked my front bumper my grill caused my front sensor to malfunction. My vehicle only had 552 miles on it when I went through this car wash. I purchased this vehicle on July 4. Didn't even have it for one month. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier they took care of the damages. I was called by Bubba's car wash. They assured me they were gonna pay for the damages. It's almost been one year and my insurance company has not received one penny from this car wash they lied to me. I know these incidents happen far in between doesn't happen to everybody, but this is poor customer service. When you promised to pay and you don't that impacts your business negatively. Almost a year later and they still haven't paid my insurance carrier. read more

I drove through the car wash only to have the pole the man used to soap my car come down hard on my windshield. It cracked my windshield. I reported it to the associate who told me to leave a message for the manager. I called numerous times leaving a voicemail but never received a response. I stopped by numerous times to talk to the manager but he was never there. My windshield split and it required me to have it replaced. I am obsessed with this car wash! They use scrub brushes prior to entrance and get the grime goop and gunk of the car before the car wash! Happy happy customer! The monthly price is comparable to other car wash but to me the extra touch and attention to details separates them from a traditional drive thru car wash places. They even have the extra options to pay to have someone vacuum for you and hand dry the car, which is a nice touch. I couldn't be happier with my membership! Went thru Bubba's on a Thursday afternoon. Their air dryer blew out my rear window, ripping the third brake light off too. They finally replaced the rear window on Monday - took six hours. They refused to fix/replace my third brake light bar!! Now my car has no third brake light! I'll let insurance company or Civil Court handle the situation, as Bubba's manager was unsympathetic and steadfast in his refusal to make things right. Horrible customer service! I find this car wash to be a lifesaver. It's in a good place for me personally because it's on my way to a lot of my day to day places I frequent. All of the staff are really nice and friendly. It's very quick and always gets my car nice and clean. The vacuums are great, there's a couple that don't suck as well but overall great. My only complaint is that the price went up and I didn't notice it for several months because there was no sign put up to notify the customers of the change so that was a surprise. But having this monthly service has been so helpful that I don't mind paying extra. What price hasn't gone up really, I just wish customers were notified. I notice they make improvements from time to time too like upgrading the vacuums. Also they have the prettiest flowers around the property so it's always a nice treat to see too. read more

This car wash has the potential to be a market leader, but..... the guy with the broom that is supposed to remove bugs right before you enter the tunnel wash - they drag that nasty rough broom all over the hood and sides of my NEW dark blue car, causing scratches in the clear coat which I now have to take to a professional detailer to get corrected. The car wash tunnel itself is pretty good - much better than Quick Quack. But since my car keeps getting scratches on it from a dirty broom - I will hand wash it from now on. read more

I decided to get our Honda CRV washed this afternoon, and it was just shy of 92 degrees. After our car wash, and as I was vacuuming out our car a Bubba Express Car wash staff whom I was told is Amelia walked up to me and assertively & politely asked that I give her our CRV Weather Tech (Hard Fitted Plastic) inserts. She went out of her way because she said they were slow, and washed all 4 inserts at NO EXPENSE! Amelia did not have to do what she did, but she did!! Her kindness, hard work and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, Bubbas has a Gem of a worker who solidified our family being a new & ongoing customer, thanks solely to Amelia, a class act! Since becoming a Premium Plus customer in March 2024, after previously being with Quick Quack, I've noticed a significant difference in the quality of services provided. Today, I regretted not having cash to tip for the excellent hand drying, and tire/wheel cleaning and waxing, so I'm writing this review instead. The staff at the Citrus Heights location are exceptional--professional, friendly, and diligent. Where do I start. Both supervisors Alden and Oscar are great workers. Both sold me on getting in on the membership ship. Didn't feel like I was being robbed. There's detailing and workers are professional and do very good on their work. I recently lost my wallet and I couldn't fine it what's so ever. I did a full detail in and out on my Audi and one of the workers located my wallet and returned it back to me with all my money inside. Very honest workers. I've been into a lot of car washes, but Bubba's really stands out. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and got me through the process quickly without sacrifice and quality. What really won me over was the hand towel dry-it's such a nice touch. You don't get that attention to detail at most places. My car came out, looking shiny and spotless, which is hard to do with a white car with no water spots in sight. It's clear they take pride in their work. I was disappointed. I paid 170$ for the service spent 2 hours 20 minutes in a waiting are and hopped to get wonderful cleaned car, I have kids that eat in the car, after the service I found pasta and other garbage. The dirt was sprayed with oil over. After this service I had to spend half of the hour cleaning my car over. I can't recommend this place and for sure won't come again. read more

My dad told me to come here. And I won't ever bring my car here. I paid $26 for one of their top washes and one of their employees would vacuum out the car clean out the car, wipe it down clean the windows... Not only were there smears on the windows, and chocolate left behind, and not once did they vacuum out the trunk! I did go back. I feel like for the price that I paid at a more upscale car wash, I paid the same price here and got a really shotty job. The girl who originally was cleaning out the car took 45 min sand was trying to send me on my way.. I pointed out spots she missed. When I went back, she wouldn't come near the car, only looked one and talked to someone else starring in a distance. Another employee I was pointing out the mistakes to clearly showed he was irritated and cut me off saying he was going to get a manager. I was not once being angry, but I brought my car here and paid $30 all together to get a job done right... Enough of me bitching, fact is- I paid full price for a job that didn't get finished. Got attitude from almost everyone.. and the pictures of my lock covered in chocolate.. that was after I took it back and left. I have always gone to Quack something... Bubba's is hands down faster service,very professional and doesn't try upselling you on a carwash. I decided to give them a try after a trip back from Reno..My car was filthy..I was quickly greeted by Armando and he said what shall it be..I picked the 15.00 wash which had a few extras the 10.00 was did not come with..I then drove forward and was directed in by a lady you scrubbed my windows,my roof,the sides of my car and the back with a long microfiber washer..My car was already clean before I entered this wash. It begun to spray soap and wash my car..Then it got sprayed by a three color foam then again rinsed and one more time was and did my tires and wheels.. Finally a blow dry down which left my car from a muddy dirty car to a sparkling beast..Hands down this place rocks my car got a spa treatment for only 15.00..This place rocks and there were so many vacuum's to use afterwards for free..Gotta love this place..Try Bubba's you will not be disappointed and your car will look like it got a full detail..I take pride in the way my cars look and shine as a wax with a machine,but this drive thru car wash does more than justice..Thanks again read more

Love this place! A few years ago I bought my company truck, complete with a company branded wrap. I still have the job so I was in bo hurry to remove the artwork. I noticed recently the vinyl wrap was starting to look faded and a bit dated so I've been researching places that remove the entire wrap. I get my truck washed a few times a month at Bubba's so I asked Oscar the manager if it's something they do, along with the other detail services. He asked me to bring it by over the weekend and he would give me an estimate. I met Oscar, he gave me a great price so I left my truck and said he would call me at closing time to pick it up. When I arrived the wrap was still on half the truck, they would need another day. So I agreed to come back the following weekend. The end of the day,the wrap is off and my looks amazing! Oscar asks me to return once more so they can detail the exterior or me. Today I dropped it off for a few hours and when I picked it up it looks like a brand new truck! Oscar never asked for more money, just more time to complete the job. I'm sure the job was tough because his team spent double the time estimated. I'm visiting out of town and parked under a tree that dumped a ton of sap all over my car. I knew it was an emergency so I started calling car wash companies in the area and Alden answered and was really informative and told me the same thing happens to his car this time of year. He said that a $20 express wash normally would do the trick but that he would make sure to take care of me if I needed an extra detail. When I arrived, he and his helper brush the car down, rinsed it thoroughly to get the bigger globs of sap. He said that if one pass-through wasn't enough that he would allow me to pass through a second time. And sure enough one pass through the tunnel did the trick. Alden has great customer service and is a true asset to this company. I wish other companies were as helpful. read more

Bubbas does a quick mop wash of places that might get missed - rear and back side (drivers side) ... why don't they do the passengers side?

I would give 5 stars but my car just wasn't 5 star clean. It was towards the end of the day and I think they were all just tired (and, every single towel they were using was soaking wet!). After getting in my car and starting to leave, I noticed that the windows were still very dirty. Probably from using the wet towels? Also, the console wasn't cleaned real good. I turned the car around and went back. The guy that helped me did wipe down the console better and did wash the interior windows (front and back) again, and yet - my rear window is still not clean. You can see streak marks and filmy wipe marks, especially if you have the sun to the rear of you when driving. I realize that windows can be hard to reach - that's why I pay someone else to do it! Mostly, I think it had to do with the fact that the towels they were using were all wet. How are you going to clean windows with wet towels? Anyway, I'll try again and see if they can do a better job next time. read more

I went in to Bubba's car wash today with a free car wash coupon at a colleague gave me. I figured I would give them a try as we have a fleet of vehicles that we need regular Washings on. The car wash was really subpar it didn't do a good job whatsoever and also they don't even dry the car. So my car came out soaking wet and they said with the coupon they don't dry it. What kind of service is that? Who wants a car wash even for free if the car is soaking wet and then you drive down the road and it just gets all the dirt and everything back on the car. Either way the vacuums barely work at all they don't offer any forced air or any other kind of service it's really plain jane. Super disappointed. Ended up going to Sunrise car wash and worked out a deal with all of our vehicles. The wash they gave us, initial was free it did an amazing job on our car and now we will definitely be going there. Although Bubba's is more convenient I would rather go to a place that has everything and works well. Would not recommend Bubba's at all read more

I've came here numerous times and left with a pretty clean car , today not so much it's like they gave ZERO F****S . Left with dirty wheels , had to tell them to whip my dash and doors. Left crumbs on the back seats all for the $40 full service. If I can get grime off with my finger you can get it off with a rag use some damn elbow work. BUBBAS DAMAGED MY BENZ!!!!!!! I took my S550 Mercedes Benz to Bubbas car was in Stockton Ca located at the intersection of hammer ln and west on. Their machine knocked a piece of my cars grill off. Afterwards I was told that the companies policy is that the customer is responsible for any and all damages no matter what their machine does to your car. I have video of the entire incident and I will be calling my lawyer. read more
