Today I brought in an incredibly filthy and neglected car, for a family member. The interior had a lot of sticky surfaces and a ton of dog hair. The exterior had months of accumulated dirt, pollen, you name it. I asked the gentlemen to do their best (hand wash) and in an hour drove a spotless, sparkling, amazingly clean car. The price was ridiculously low, for what they did, so they earned a good tip. It surpassed by expectations. Only wish I had gotten their names so I could give them credit on this review. Friendly and efficient car wash that offers touchless & hand-wash options and exterior & interior packages. My car is now dust, pollen and bird poop free. My tires are shiny too. I opted for exterior only and they did everything by hand so that I would not get swirls on my paint. Since I was the only car there at 5:15pm, the whole team was able to finish in 15 minutes. My large SUV cost $25 which is on par with other hand car wash businesses but those places usually require appointments. You don't need to make a reservation with Bubblebee. They also offer a subscription service which will save you a significant amount of money. Summer hours are conveniently extended to 7pm so I can make it there after work. 0 stars if I could. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I don't know who the owner is because all of the information is incorrect. I did a search online and made calls and its all a dead end. The guys that were working are liars and thieves. I had to show then twice it was in writing on their kiosk what I was supposed to receive for $25.00. I went through the touchless express ( which does not have a drying cycle) was told they would dry, vacuum, do the windows and armor all the tires. They dried the car and put armor all on and told me they were done. I showed them on their kiosk what I was entitled to and they vacuumed the floor inside the four doors, refused to vacuum in the hatch back and refused to do the windows!! I said it states this is what I'm entitled to. He said yeah but it does not say I had to dry it!! I said "You told me that when I came in!! Not to mention that is part of any car wash. So here's a little update which is kind of disappointing. I signed up for the monthly exterior car washes and was never told of any restrictions. I get my car washed every Saturday and have been coming here for a couple months. Well today I show up and was told by worker I never seen before saying they do not do the monthly washes on weekends when I have been coming here for the past month on Saturday. Very upsetting since I did like the services and always tipped but I will be canceling my subscription and finding a new car wash location. read more

I went to this place today. It looks like these guys bought a self-wash and made it full service. They did an EXCELLENT job on my car. I typically inspect a wash and find areas on my rims that were missed or bug residue that's still there, but that wasn't the case here. They are slow during the week so that's when I'll be going. I called ahead to check if they were open since it was raining. While they were working on my car, the rain picked up a LOT. They continued to work despite this inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with how clean the interior of my car was, once they were done. They were able to get almost all of the dog hair out of the cloth seats! First couple times here was good, but the last two times I've come the touchiness car wash didn't work and took my money. It says approved and then the machine never activates. I sat for 5 minutes each time trying to get it to work and it didn't. One time I got it to work but paid for the 12 dollar wash and only received the 8 dollar wash read more

Okay let me just get this straight for everyone it is not unlimited car wash. I paid for the monthly subscription because I thought it was a going to be a quick wash that I wanted. I spoke to the owner asked him specifically can I wash my car 2 times today in the wash since 1 time isn't remove all the dirt etc off the car. The owner told me that's totally fine but it's only available during operating hours because of people abusing it which is understandable. So I went to wash the car and after the first run I asked the worker I'm going to run it one more time and he constantly argued back. Saying I'm wasting his time and he's busy... well I fucking paid for the service so... he kept arguing saying when did you talk to the owner. He runs off on his phone and I guess the owner told him a yes for a second time that's why he ran it.... Now on to the other times coming in a few days later one of the workers disregarded me and didn't turn on the touchless wash for me that I PAID for... so I just ended up leaving and lastly I went yesterday the worker said the Machine is broken and he said he doesn't know when it will be back... he just said could be tomorrow could be the day after I don't know.. like how do you not know....if I could I would just take my money back what a waste of money signing up for their service...
