One of the worst automatic car washes I've paid for. $28 for their "top of the line" wash, and I dunno if something went wrong but halfway through my car stopped, it stopped spraying water, and then my car just proceeded to the end still all covered with suds while it went through the air blower. Carwash subscription prices keep going up without notification. Website advertises much cheaper prices than what they actually charge. Spoke to a nice lady who stated the website is incorrect. Not really into increased prices when there's consistently issues with vacuums not working, getting towels, etc. Been with these guys for about six years but I think it's time to move on to a different place. read more

Popped in to use my promo for a first class wash and to compare it against the basic wash I had on my first visit. The results were pretty good. It definitely gave it a full wash and I liked how it shined up my wheels and tires, but unfortunately my car exited still wet and my windshield wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Those two gripes seem to be consistent with every touchless carwash I use no matter the company unfortunately. I chalk it up to getting what you pay for. Where Waterfly excels is the after wash services. This location is super clean, with touch pad kiosks to save you time and friendly service should you need it. They have two lines operating at all times so you can get in and out in a flash. The vacuums are superb and there is not only a place to hang your mats as you clean them off, but they even have self serve air for your tires. Personally, for the price and quality I don't see myself using anything more than the $7 basic wash as I prefer to detail my Jeep by hand and get it spotless on the regular. But for the in between washes just to get the dust off or use a quick vacuum, this place is solid and I would definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Out today shopping and found this car wash on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and Winding Way now open. To sweeten your stop by they were offering free basic car washes today 06/15/2019. You will pull up to one of their 3 lanes and pick which wash you would like to do from the machine, pay and off you go to give your vehicle some sudsy bathtime. Who's vehicle wouldn't love alittle TLC every once in a while with a good bath to wash off the road grime. They offer free vacuums when your wash is complete. They have a mat stand for easy cleaning of your car mats and a little air blower to clean out those in between spots on your dash or floorboard. The vacuum was very powerful and they have many vacuum bays available. They offer basic wash for $7 to the First Class wash for $15. The have frequent flyer month passes for a great price if you like to come get your vehicle washed once a day or a few times a month. And they also offer fleet vehicle plans. The staff at the pay machines were friendly. And they were quick to get you on your way. I will definitely be back to this location the wash is a great price and right on my way home from work. I've actually gone here off-and-on since their grand opening, but the quality of the wash hasn't ever been enough to get me to sign up for a membership. Today was a prime example of why I probably should just stop coming here in the future and switch to Quick Quack -- Convenience is the ONLY reason I would consider staying with Waterfly, as I live just down the street from the post office. Today, I decided I needed to get the mountain of pollen my mulberry trees have caked onto the outside of our Volvo. I was actually a bit surprised, as the attendant that does the pre-rinse and guides you into the track actually did a rinse this time (last week someone just lightly sprayed the front window as if in a hurry). Almost always we were left with some soap on the rear view mirrors, maybe trapped under the wipers, but nothing like today. The ENTIRE rear of my car was still covered in soap when I exited the wash. I couldn't even see out my back window. It was a bit busy, so I couldn't turn left out of the wash to go inside and complain. It probably wouldn't have been pretty anyway, so I opted to drive home (since it's nearby) and rinsed it off myself. But hell, I could have done that part for free -- I didn't need to spend $17 on it. At least the wheels look nice again... read more

I had a free car wash for joining their text program, so I decided to give it a whirl. It is pretty much the same as Quick Quack but I LOVED the fun colored lights while getting it washed (nothing like being at the car wash club). My car looked pretty clean when it was done, but these car washes never seem to get it super clean. I guess you need a hand cleaning for that. We went with the basic "economy wash" for $12 dollars. They sprayed down the car before it went through. We got a decent wash. They have really strong vacuums which we loved. Theres also two different size vacuums, another bonus. Last but not least, they offer small towels to wipe your car down. Theres little "clean towels" and "dirty towels" bins. We took 2 of our cars in today and decided it's our new car wash spot. We will definitely be returning. read more

This is my second time through a Waterfly car wash. I thought I would try this location to see if it would give me a better wash than the one on Madison Ave. I got my answer and it was no. Both locations do a marginal job for the cost. Today I paid $17 only to have my car still incredibly wet and soapy after completing the service. There are so many better drive through car washes out there that I won't be coming back to any of the Waterfly locations. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

They charge you for services that they don't give you!! I pay a monthly subscription which includes wheel cleaning, only to find out that they stopped giving me that service WITHOUT telling me. They're stealing my money by charging me for the tire cleaning service I signed up for, then with no notification, stop providing me tire cleaning without lowering my rate. I've tried twice to talk to the manager but he isn't there past 3:00. I guess they pay him NOT to work. read more

Great car wash but terrible customer service. Damn place would not open despite the line of cars there early on a Saturday. Absolutely unbelievable the way they just ignore you until it's 8 o'clock. This car wash needs some customer service training or at least a look at there summertime weekend hours. There were literally over 20 cars I counted that they turned away in the 45min they made me wait for a simple wash all the while running employee cars through the wash. Always super clean and friendly staff! I was a member of quick quack but wow after coming here a couple times and experiencing the difference I made the switch! They have 3 lanes for cars, a special lane for members only. You don't need to wait for staff in case they are busy, you can use the automated payment screens. The wash experience makes you feel like your car is actually getting cleaned. The vacuum section is always clean and available as well. Check this place out! read more

Really enjoyed my visit yesterday at Waterfly car wash! I bought the business wash, it was fast and effective. My favorite thing about this car wash is that it's neeeewww. Great place to vacuum your car while the vacuum are new and have a lot of suction. Also, not only did they give me a free dash wipe AND air freshener but they have a variety of vacuum nozzles and easy access air guns for adding air to your tires. Will be returning! Might even buy the frequent flyer pass since I work around the corner from here. read more

Absolutely love it. I have an 05 Camry. I chose the Fly Wash because of a coupon, I usually get the cheapest wash. The Fly Wash put a really nice shine on the car as well as my tires. I was impressed.It explained that the Fly Wash coats the car with a teflon finish that builds up and lasts longer! Makes my old car look really good! Bonus, membership has their own lane.. False advertising, they do NOT provide air fresheners with the membership even though they advertise that they do. They close early and shut down for routine maintenance during busy hours so customers cant wash their cars. Also, they recently raised their prices but guaranteed that the price would not increase for existing customers. Then today I go to wash my car and the manager tells me that my membership is no longer valid, I must start a new membership forcing me to become a "new" customer and to pay the higher rate. This company does whatever it can to cut corners and make a buck at the expense of its customers. read more

I'm not sure why people have such issues with car washes. My car is small but I had no issues when going through. I had ash all over my car along with dirt and hard water stains. I was driving down Madison and saw that they were doing a free carwash promo. I text the number and got my free wash. Since the one on Madison is not open for business, I looked them up online and found the one in Fair Oaks. I think this used to be another car wash previously but I never came to it. Upon arriving I noticed there are tons of vacuums for customers to use. If I wasn't in a hurry a day I came I would have usitilized them. Anyway I pulled up to a keypad that tells you your options for car washes. I was able to scan the code from my phone that was sent to me for the free wash. I proceeded around the corner and an employee was there to direct my car into the wash. He sprayed the car with the prewash and my car proceeded to enter the wash. Its your typical carwash with the brushes and foamy stuff. The dryer had no problem drying my car completely. I was worried after having read some reviews that I would find soap residue or my car would still be wet. I got out and checked it. No residue and for a drive thru type wash my car was quite clean. I will definitely be coming back and trying the vacuums next time. Hipefully the one on Madison will be open soon since I'm always over in that area. read more

I have been coming here for a while and I really like this place a lot it's super easy to get in and out of the car wash the vacuums work really great the have air compressor and a place to hook your car mats on and the prices are affordable than compared to other places. I came here on a Saturday got my car wash etc and I left my keys in the car and my phone and my car locked me out when I closed all the doors. The manger who was working was really helpful and super nice he let me use his phone to call my insurance for someone to come out. Also offered some water and snacks while I was waiting. I would hope other places would do the same to help someone if they need it like how they helped me. I would recommended coming here. I will be back! read more
