The bakery itself is nice and cozy, which I appreciated. However, the service completely ruined it. The lady working there was rude, and when I ordered 3 pieces of mille-feuille and 3 small cakes, one of the pieces she gave me was broken. I politely asked her to replace it, and she acted like she did--but when I got home, I realized she never changed it. On top of that, the taste was disappointing. Everything tasted old, like it had been sitting there for over a week, with a strange aftertaste. I really wanted to support this place, but sadly this will be my first and last visit.

The staff is friendly and helped me decide what to get.

The team member that helped us was fantastic. She walked us through every flavor and gave us the cutest bookmark-style menu that doubled as the perfect souvenir. This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought.
