I decided to end my holiday eating with a cinnamon roll from hear. I was looking forward to a big fluffy gooey pastry. I didn't receive that. Value and money didn't match. $6 for a cinnamon roll barely bigger than a Little Debbie pecan pinwheel is outrageous. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I got the traditional and the ube. The traditional tasted better than the ube, but the ube was softer. The man working seemed like he would have been anywhere but there. I tried it, but I won't go back sad to say.
The absolute best cinnamon rolls. My friends and I took the cinnamon roll baking class and had a blast. Kim was super nice and helpful. The class was fun and insightful. I loved that we had the option to take and bake our cinnamon rolls or we baked them there. We also received rolling pins that we got to decorate as part of the class. I would visit her again and take the class with friends. I also loved the grateful wall.
So my bourbon crew and I were doing an overnight tailgating thing at the Spec's parking lot, IYKYK , and decided to pick up some artisan cinnamon rolls. This store is the CUTEST!! Very welcoming, warm, and adorable! Upon walking in, I was hoping to get a big waft of freshly baked goods, and didn't get anything. I did notice that they sell whiskey coffee, I was stoked!! Unfortunately we were told they hadn't gotten around to making coffee yet, so it was a no go on that. Which...how long does it take to make coffee? Seemed like it was a bit of an ask on our part. It was 10:30 am. And apparently they were sold out of most flavors on their board. Ended up with Red Velvet and regular. I told my friend (after already paying), that we could've ordered one more to get a free one. The guy just gave us a blank stare. Some people just have bad days, understandable for sure, but dang, it was awkward in there for sure. After finally trying the cinnamon rolls, they were warm, gooey, and delicious. Loved the packaging and enjoyed them with my McDonald's coffee.
We were greeted by a nice young lady upon entering the pastry shop! I treated my partner to cinnamon rolls as they are his favorite dessert. We ordered one honey bun and one original. The original- def my favorite of the two. It was soft and cinnamon-y like I like, Honey bun- it was pretty good but I didn't love it. My partner enjoyed it. My only critique is the temperature of the cinnamon roll. It was a little warm but I wouldn't wanted it to be warmer. The restaurant itself was so cute and I may be biased because my favorite color is pink but I love the decor. Oh and the restrooms were clean so that's always a plus.
I wouldn't call myself drawn to cinnamon rolls but a friend talked me into trying this place and I'm glad I did. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by one of the owners and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. The inside is a few tables so that you can enjoy it in store and it's decorated in a really cute bakeshop theme. It was hard to decide which rolls to order so we went for the 4 pack. Strawberry: was really well done. It had the right amount of frosting and the with the strawberry preserve made it truly pop. Was my personal favorite. Cookies n Cream: I think this was the name but either way it was delicious and definitely on the sweet side even more than a normal cinnamon roll. Maple Bacon: If you're a savory person, then you'll love it. They combos pairs well together with the sweetness of the dough. Original: This was great and had a nice flavor to it. The frosting is perfect and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend checking them out. They do have special flavors each week so be sure to go back often.

My friends and I split a variety 4 pack with traditional, maple bacon, cookies and cream, and red velvet. They all were delicious but the traditional was my favorite. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and cinnamon flavor. Unfortunately the peach cobbler roll was sold out when we arrived. We were all a little disappointed but the woman working (who I believe is the owner) was so friendly and let us know next time to call ahead and she would set them aside for pickup. They also offer freshly made cookies My only complaint is I wish the location was closer to me! The shop is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. There are tables inside to stay and enjoy your rolls while they are warm.
I've worked over here for 3 years now & never stopped in but today was the day and I was NOT disappointed!!! The staff person was very nice, the shop was absolutely adorable and my cinnamon roll was delicious! It was soft, warm and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.
We have been meaning to come by this shop for a while but we live in Bedford. My husband is a cinnamon roll addict but he is picky. This place is 100% worth the trip (not that it was far haha and best it's not closer or I'd gain 50lbs). My husband got the traditional roll and he said it was the best cinnamon roll he has ever had. He said the dough was great but he has had other dough that was similar but the icing - he said they nailed it. It is by far the best icing he's had. He also got the maple bacon but to try layer tonight but now we have no doubt it will be amazing. I got the pumpkin spice and while I'm not a cinnamon roll die hard - I enjoyed it very much. I thought I would only eat half and save some for later but I ended up eating the whole thing. Very friendly service, nice and clean location. I love the story behind the owner. We will be back, highly recommend to all!
Decided to try this place while me and my family were visiting dallas. I will tell you so I'm so glad I found this place. She's such a sweet and lovely lady and the cinnamon rolls are sooo buttery and hot and the icing is so sweet. I love a good hot dessert!!
Love love love the warm cinnamon rolls here. Don't wait, run now! My daughter tried the cream and cookies and I got the maple bacon. Both were so delicious, it was hard to stop eating them! The store is cutely decorated and you get a warm feeling when you walk in. We were instantly greeted and we didn't wait long to get our food. Can't wait to come back.
Another fun Yelp Elite experience! This time we got to try Holy Rollie Pastry Shop, and everything was so good. I tried the Maple Bacon, Traditional, and Orange rolls. The Maple Bacon was such a fun sweet-and-savory combination, the Traditional was a classic, and I really enjoyed the citrusy flavor of the Orange. The shop itself had such a cute, cozy, and welcoming feel, especially for an early morning pastry stop. It was bright, clean, and relaxed, making it the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a cinnamon roll and start the day. Philip was extremely helpful, welcoming, and took the time to tell us more about Holy Rollie and where else we can find them. I also loved learning that they participate in local markets--you can even catch them at Keller Farmers Market! Such a sweet way to spend the morning and another great Yelp Elite event! read more
I got the peanut butter cup dish in the refrigerator area so I could enjoy it away from the kids. I love it! Once out do the fridge for about 5 mins it was creamy and delicious. I'd like a stronger peanut butter flavor, but the layers of the chocolate crust, peanut butter, and whipped topping were a delectable combo. The staff was friendly and shared about their story and how they promote even more small businesses in their building which is awesome. The store is decorated beautifully and fun. Great space. Customer service was okay, they only had two flavors available. Which is a bummer because I originally had wanted to try the orange one. I tried the traditional and the maple bacon. The cinnamon rolls leaned more towards the chewier more dry side, for my liking. I drove an hour to get here so probably won't be back but nevertheless I wish yall the best!! read more

The cinnamon roll was tasty. I've had experiences with extra dry cinnamon rolls from other bakers. Holy Rollie changed the tide of what I think cinnamon roll should taste like. I ordered the honey bunny and paid for a side of buttercream. The rolls are served warm and this was the sweet fix I needed. read more

After leaving lunch nearby I got my "I need something sweet after I eat" craving & stumbled upon Hollie Rollie Pastry Shop, it's black-owned business ran by a couple with a very inspiring story. Awesome service the ambiance is super cute definitely can see a coffee date here. The pastries? Simply divine! Warm, gooey, and just the right bite. The rolls strike the perfect balance, offering sweetness without being too overpowering. If you're in the mood for a delectable treat, definitely give them a try. Highly recommended! read more
I LOOOOOVE cinnamon rolls and was excited to try this. I will say we ordered for delivery so I'm not sure if that made a difference in the quality we were given (do they save their best rolls for the shop?)? The Good: The dough had a nice flavor The icing had a nice flavor The not so good: Our rolls were dry (even after slightly warmed) and definitely overcooked. We ordered extra icing and the little containers were not even half full The sugar in the icing had a crunch from the sugar granules vs melting into the roll Our rolls in general looked kind of "beat up" spots ripped out of the sides etc...so bizarre but definitely a sloppy presentation. Overall at a price point of $6.25 per roll there are to be found in the Dallas area in my opinion. read more

I've been meaning to check this place out since someone I follow posted them on IG. Best tasting cinnamon rolls in the DFW. I have tried them all, they have a great texture, warm, gooey in the best way. I ordered the classic and the red velvet. Scarfed down the classic before I thought to take a picture. Got on of the remnants of the red velvet. Decor was cute and pink. I noticed that one of the reviews on here said their roll was hard, I can attest that if you eat them same day they aren't, finished it hours later and it was still soft. Only complaint is I wasn't greeted when I walked in but maybe the guy working was having an off day. read more

Holy is right - this is the quintessential cinnamon roll. I woke up on a Saturday craving a cinnamon roll and honestly I could not have found one better. It was the perfect size, warm right out of the oven, freshly iced in front of me (with a generous icing portion) and tasted like heaven. This is maybe one of the best things I've ever eaten. Best cinnamon roll in DFW!!! Fresh out of the oven or warmed up the next day, these rolls hit the sweet tooth spot! Ms. Kim has catered our office opening and delivered cinnamon rolls before Christmas so we could have Rollies Christmas Day! My favorite is the traditional with the red velvet hitting a close second. The mini's are perfect for my littles. Ms. Kim always has a smile on her face and she just brings so much joy and love to her customers and cinnamon rolls. read more
