I was offered help finding what I needed almost overtime when the store wasn't too crowded. The place offered new and used games at reasonable prices that made me extremely happy. I once called in for information about a newly released game, the phone conversation felt a bit rushed and I sensed that the answerer wasn't really happy to give me information over the phone... After visiting the store later that day, I was simply relieved that the answerer wasn't as unhappy as I thought she was, and was rather helpful with giving me answers. The two sales clerks that I've talked to both sounded very knowledgeable. So ask away on all gaming type questions! I'm thinking that this Game Stop deserves at least 4.5 stars but since half stars are not ratable.. I decided with 4 stars.

His prices are generally great, and he guarantees the things he sells. If you are borrowing money, you'll get better loan terms and better service here than virtually any other pawn shop for 50 miles in any direction. There's a reason the place is always busy. I spend thousands at Talbots per month and this is how I am treated. DO NOT buy stuff at the store as they will make you feel horrible if you have to return something. The manager and assistant manager will even snap at you. They hold a grudge and do not forget it like two year olds. When you call the store to talk to the manager about the issues she won't take the time to speak with you and she will make you feel bad about calling and WON'T have your back. Stay away you can spend less money and get treated better other places in town.....
