I've used these guys several times and they haven't disappointed! I first took my computer here after getting a bad deal from a different place in town, these guys got it up and running again pretty quick and the price was more than reasonable. I've been back to upgrade my hardware, which they were happy to order for me and install, again at a good price. I just went in at their new location looking to get a laptop for a gift, they had several great models in house that were priced better than ANYWHERE in town. I was able to find a laptop AND get it upgraded to exactly what I was looking for for cheaper than it would have cost me anywhere else. These guys are friendly and very knowledgeable, I love that they are all from Fort Smith and that the owner is often available and more than happy to help out. The service is excellent, they're always happy to answer all of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions!) so I know exactly what is wrong with my computer and what they're doing to it, they work quickly and the price is excellent. Its great that they have such a refined selection too, I don't have to waste my time comparing one brand to another, they always have the equipment that performs the best at a great price, not the brand with the most popular name at the brand name price! These guys saved all my pictures!! I brought my laptop to them in a panic because it wouldnt turn on and i have ALL of my pictures on there. When i brought it in they were more than happy to take a look and see if there was anything they could do. Not only did they save all my pictures for me, they told me about an external hard drive i could get and gave it to me for a more than reasonable price especially for fixing my laptop on top of it.
