I started with Sonia back in 2014 and I have frequented every single location Sonia's waxing plus has had over the years. I am always willing to travel near and far (from West Hills actually, lol) for services because it's worth it! Sonia and her team don't just do waxing services, they also do skin care which is important when getting waxing services. Sonia always checks the integrity of my skin, She can always tell if I have or have not exfoliated or when I have and have not used the Vanish, (always buy and use the vanish!) My skin is one of my best features, Sonia and her team are part of my beauty dream team that keeps my skin looking like GOLD! Always on time and on track with appointment times. They are very accommodating with availability too! The staff are always extremely helpful. Prices are perfect! Service and Care are excellent! It's a tiny hidden skin spa! Doris did a new set of UV gel on me due to the terrible job done last time with my previous set (done at a different place in the area). I absolutely LOVE how they came out! I see her every 5 weeks for my Brazilian, arms, and sometimes armpits. Brazilians are notoriously painful if you wait too long, but Simone is great about making the process comfortable. All staff had mask on during all service including threading by having thread clipped to their shirt or around their necks instead of holding it in their mouth like they used to. Then i witnessed staff clean chair after my use and informed me it is cleaned after every use. Eyebrows went from $3 to $5 which is still very reasonable. Alot of other businesses are not taking the same measures in providing sanitizers and cleaning equipment after every use. I truly appreciate the extra effort grace salon enforced to keep their staff and customers safe.
