I emailed ConsumerCare-US@gcc.aveda.com not once but twice in December, 2018 regarding a (different) appalling experience with Melissa M. at this store. Fast forward 5-6 months she has opened up her own business here and is doing what she loves! She offers specials for first time guests as well as occasional deals. Honestly I have yet to find any colorist that does as well as she while keeping prices affordable/reasonable . I went back in December at this new spot and it is perfectly charming with a cute boutique in the front that offers clothing, jewelry and more.
