A friend recommended Jason. I contacted him, explained my situation. He was replying to me after midnight via Messenger and came into work early the next day to fit me in. There was liquid coming the scabs however, thankfully it wasn't infected. The colors were awful during the tattoo. Michael took several smoke breaks not sure the purpose of that. I think it was quite disrespectful of my be the reason that the quality of the tattoo is very poor. Now I am forced to go and fly somewhere to get a cover-up done in South Carolina. The is amazing. She's very knowledgeable of piercings, aftercare, and the anatomy of your desired place to be pierced. My friend got a double Tragus piercing that caused her to bleed, which drained in her ear and Courtney was so quick to assist in the clean up and ensure the blood was removed from the inner ear so hearing was restored without the feeling of having a clogged ear. I had my conch pierced, which caused me absolutely no pain and was done so quick I had to question if that was it! Lol We will definitely be back in the near future.

I'm not good at art so I was trying to get artistic input, I wanted something specific, I had pictures and wanted help making changes to personalize it, but every question I had about placement or size, was answered with a question. At a certain point, it wasn't helpful. I spent about six hours at the shop over a three inch basic simple tattoo. I even left for an hour after we talked and agreed, thinking he was going to be set up and ready when I got back, but I spent most of the time sitting around the shop. It was literally a three inch all day event. I've never had a bad tattoo experience but next time an artist makes me feel indecisive and stressed or can't give me artistic input, it's time to walk out and go somewhere else. I gave it two stars instead of one because the artists are super talented at shop, including dude that tattooed me, it just didn't work out for me and I wish I went somewhere else.

This is a review for the RIVERSIDE DR location…read more Let me start by saying that the artists at this location are phenomenal. That's not the reasoning for the one star review. The person who is supposedly over booking sessions has a bad attitude problem. And that turned me away immediately. I was trying to speak on the phone with an artist because I had questions about a tattoo that I was going to be getting which would cost me over $1200. But the only person I could talk to was Andrew because I guess he handles booking. He kept bringing up the fact that I had to pay a 100 deposit which is non refundable under any circumstances. But when I gave him my card twice he kept saying it wouldn't go through. So I said I'll try and come up there another day to pay the deposit in person. When I called today to try and speak with Justin, he told me he wasn't there and when I tried to ask Andrew the questions I had for Justin before I gave him any of my money that I can't get refunded, he stated " look man there's nothin I can discuss over the phone and Justin won't take your seriously anyway without a deposit" so when I said "well I guess I'll just hold o-"he immediately said "ok!" and hung up the phone in my face. This tells me that your not allowed to inquire about a tattoo before you pay a deposit. And not to mention how short he was with me. So I called back to let him know that you don't just hang up on customers and I will not be returning for a second tattoo. After I hung up he proceeded to call my phone multiple times and left a voicemail saying I need to learn how shops work. I know how shops work I have plenty of tattoos lol. He was just completely unprofessional and I've never experienced this at any of the other shops I've been to. $100 deposit for a tattoo I was paying 1200-1400 for. I'm very big on respect so this place has definitely lost at least one customer.
