We both came in before the big day for trial appointments to make sure things would go as smoothly as possible on the day of my daughter's wedding. Despite all this prep (and extra cost ... and the fact that we arrived on time), our appointments finished 45 minutes LATER THAN THE PROMISED COMPLETION TIME. If you have ever been a person in charge of wedding, you know what a nightmare being 45 minutes behind schedule is -- it had a terrible snowball effect for the rest of the day. We were late picking up flowers, arriving at the ceremony site, changing into wedding attire, meeting with the photographer for couple/family pics (which was an additional cost because I was paying the photographer by the hour). I don't know if the Ulta stylist don't allot for enough time for their appointments, or if they are being forced to overbook, or if they don't know how to do their job effieciently... However, I DO know that while I was getting prepped, someone arrived early for their appointment and the stylist actually started on her and tried to split her time between me and the other customer. All this did was make me late and the other client early for their appointment. This was just, overall, a disappointing experience. I have never paid to have my hair and makeup done...nor has my daughter. I thought doing this together would be a relaxing, bonding experience. However, all it did was make an already busy day unnecessarily stressful. My heart is sad that I will never get that day back with my daughter. The staff can't be "sorry" enough to undo the unprofessionalism that set us behind schedule and started a snowball of anxious, uptight feelings (and, by the way, NO ONE apologized...they did ask me if I wanted to leave a tip though). What should have been a happy, joyous day will never be remembered that way. I will never use the Ulta salon and/or makeup service again -- for any occassion. If you're smart, you won't either.

As we were walking around, atleast one worker would be following us around. I'd look up and catch a worker looking at me. They did not even try to hide the fact that they found us, or maybe just me, suspicious. The cashier also didn't even try to hide the fact that they were annoyed at a customer. The employee shrugged, rolled eyes, sighed all in the lady's face who was being very nice to the employee. This is the first time where I truly felt stereotyped, for no reason at all. Being nice to people, especially customers, goes a long way. Especially when you don't know the lengths they're willing to go above you because you decided to judge someone for no reason.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I have had several cosmetics procedures in the past and this was not it. I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.

When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.
