I have been shopping at Sally's since I was 5 with my grandma owned a Salon and we went here on the weekends. I'm not sure if they are paranoid about theft but it's obvious management has told them to do this because it's been multiple times different girls. I know what hair color I use I know what developer but if you want to hold my products and walk down the 1 foot isle the entire time with me I would've brought my kids. Maybe I want to browse or get some nail supplies too. This was the last time I'll be in here. You don't even get good deals same price at Cosmo Prof or Amazon even with a card. I had a question on a foaming hand soap bottle and no one really knew the answer, so I decided to read the reviews online along with the description of the bottle before purchasing and I'm glad I did! I used a birthday coupon and got one item for $8.95 or less for free so that was nice. However, when I got home and checked my receipt I technically only got the item for $5.40 off. So I'm confused.

Lot of frustration. Lots of lost hair. I spent the rest of my night looking for wig boutiques by me. I had seen this shop before and made a mental note it was there, never thinking I would have this kind of an emergency. On Lynne's website, she mentions services such as damage repair, so I was wanting to see what could be done, bearing in mind that the best option may be a new wig. Right away Lynne was extremely helpful and empathetic to my issue. We looked over the existing wig and she covered the issues and what could be done, as well as going over some trouble I was having with the dryness. The wig was natural human hair, full lace, silk top. I had been glueing/taping it to keep it in place. I decided I wanted to try something different and she was very helpful at looking over all the styles she had that would work for me. Both styles I looked at were on the top shelf and she graciously pulled out her step to grab each one. She spent time with me, explaining how these wigs work (I'm a new wig wearer). I ended up leaving with a synthetic, lace front, silk top wig that amazingly: I DON'T HAVE TO GLUE DOWN! I am beyond excited about this. It looks beautiful. We went over hair care and I ordered a different color as well. The cost of one wig here was HALF of what I had paid for the one I walked in with.
