I didn't catch names but it was a middle-aged woman with dark hair & an old man. Then right when I go to get ringed for my makeup, the old man says "I didn't know makeup cost this much! They followed my friends and I around the store before confronting us and made me pay full price. Then offered me to keep the dirty used product...really? Sample products are marked from inventory to be used and then disposed of. I paid for a product and received nothing for that payment.... I will unfortunately not be returning and reccomend that store policies be posted clearly for customers as asserting them at will feels dishonest and uncomfortable.

I brought a picture into the salon to show her how I wanted my hair styled. She looked at the picture then had an assistant wash and blow dry my hair. ( The wash felt absolutely amazing!) I was told, too many customers were purchasing Estee in bulk and selling online. This morning, received an email saying special offer up to 60% off Estee Lauder skincare products. Called store upon their opening to confirm, told to call back at 1:00 pm when manager arrived, sales rep didn't know which products were included. Called at 1:00, arrived at store by 2:00 to find a MAN with several BASKETS FULL of Estee Lauder products. When I asked if they limit the amount of purchases, I was told yes, up to $1,000/day!! The MAN cleared the shelf of all the popular Estee skincare products and the product I wanted was gone! unbelievable but the manager seemed happy. Won't be shopping here again...they seem not to withhold their own store policies.
