We were greeted by a staff member and told her about needing a wig. She began pulling some options and asking for styles/shapes of the wigs my mom was looking for. She was helpful but not all that helpful - did not say much about how to care for the wigs or best practices for them? We had to ask about all this. The cap to tuck your hair was also pretty cheap. We did find a wig for my mom which was $150. There were much pricier wigs that include human hair and wigs that have a built in part - those were $300s+. A foam mannequin is not included in a wig purchase and was $4.99. Tip - you can get these cheaper online or elsewhere.

She had inserted my card into the chip reading and it got declined, well actually the receipt said "CHIP MALFUNCTION" she had tried again, same result. she continued to tell me there was no money in my account, which there was. I would not recommend shopping here due to that unfriendly customer service, and the fact that the chip reader in there card machine does not work.
