I'm giving 4 stars because though I liked the store, there was a guy who wasn't very helpful. When I inquired if they had some hair in a different color, he was short and quickly responded "no" without seeming to even understand what I was talking about. This store is a drive for me, but they seem to have some items that the shops closest to me do not. I bought the wrong hair one time and had to make a return. Unfortunately, returns will only give you store credit, but gratefully it's a hassle free return or exchange. I may just come when I need to make a haul.

I went to several Jenny's locations for this hair, and when I put this location in- it was close by. It didn't really dawn on me until I got into the parking lot that I had been here before..... Blatantly getting ignored - I approached the counter, and was looking at hair BEHIND the counter- hair I can't access myself because employees would have to get it down. I stood and waited 30-40 seconds. Nothing. Walked closer to the center, closer to her. Nothing. She never stopped what she was doing at the counter to assist. I stood IN FRONT OF HER. And I STILL had to address her first. So I did and asked "WHY is it that yall don't speak when we come in?" And she said "You need some help?" I just stared at her... it was my turn to ignore. They have a frequent customer loyalty program where you sign up by text and every now and then they will send you coupons like $5 off $20. You also accumulate points fro every dollar you spend so every time I go I use my points and always get a discount. They got lots of cashiers and employees restocking the shelves but it can be hard to get help depending on the day and time you go. Weekends are always busy but be patient. In term of prices they do have some products you can get a better deal at target or wm but you cant beat the selection they got here. I get my teetree oil from them from Hollywood secret brand and they got a ton of other oils too that i can't find at WM. Hair dyes they got so many brands by my main reason for visiting here is the manic panic options they got! Thats what i been using on my hair the last 3 years and i love it! You need nail files, cuticle oil, eyebrow tweezers they got you. Need hair accessories, shower camp, sleep satin cap? They got you babe! The selection of wigs here is only second to supreme beauty on north collins. I went to supreme looking for a wig and i fell in love with this one perticular color and style but they were out. I went to Kiwi and they had it there (it was about $10 more expensive tho and no returns) but i really wanted it so i got it! If you are starting your beauty school cosmetology career this is where you can get a practice head, stand, clips and everything you need. Parking is plenty but just heads up people park crazy and you might be better off parking a little bit further down.
