She started off my appointment stating I had booked a different service than what I was requesting. Then, I was told I should have selected a smoothing add-on when booking online since I have curly hair. This was all fine- I would have kept this in mind in case I wanted to book another appointment in the future but she seemed very inconvenienced by my overall appointment. Which I can understand having a tight schedule or being prepared for a different appointment but I would have preferred she had just requested I reschedule/ book a different service for another day than be made to feel like I was wasting someone's time for almost an hour. Mind you, we finished maybe only five minutes over my allotted appointment time. In the future, stylist requesting a reschedule/rebooking if a different service is required would probably be a better experience for both stylist and customer.
