I am very grateful for the young man and woman working that night who opened the door once I made a phone call to them and let me purchase the one item I had needed. If y ask me this is great customer service and they went above and beyond my Expectations. They did not have to but yet they did. I guarantee I would have been one upset customer if they had not let me buy that one item since they actually had 2 minutes before they actually closed and I would be leaving a negative review but instead I am leaving this review to let everyone know how great they were and everyone should hire more employees like that!! I asked Anthonia if she could ring us up real quick while her customer had stepped away from the counter and Anthonia said um I can ring you up when I'm finished helping my current customer Anthonia then referred that client to yet another product to swap for. My guess Anthonia is best qualified for the floor vs the register where she can patiently help undecided customers make up their minds.
