Emily did an AMAZING job which is why I'm leaving three stars. I highly recommend her for a blowout + brow wax. Her service deserved five stars. The following weekend I made an appointment with Cherri as she was the only stylist available. I was called the morning of the appointment being notified that appointment was being cancelled because Cherri called out. I booked these appointments for special occasions, so it's super inconvenient for them to be cancelled.

It's super stuffy and it was only 82 degrees outside. I can not imagine how it feels inside the store when the weather is over the 90's and 100's. 2. They need more plus size clothing. When I went there was mostly XS or S. They have the smallest racks for plus size clothing in the corner of the store. Women come in many different shapes and sizes so it would be nice to see more clothes and racks for plus size. Very disappointed.

No one greeted us because they were busy checking out the customers inside. As I walked around the store I didn't see anything that jumped out of me. Clothes wasn't organized just thrown on the racks. Definitely looks like DTLA clothes. Inventory is also very limited. They have 2 dressing rooms in the back. No where to try shoes on if interested. Overall, this place is good for the local teenager looking for a weekend over priced clothing piece to wear. Nothing I would go back to this store to buy. Parking is available.
