My issue is with the employees who do not greet customers or offer to help. I witnessed an older lady ask for help reaching lotion on a higher shelf and the young lady who helped her was apparently annoyed since she spoke to the lady with a condescending tone. I wanted to ask a question about their products but decided not to because being talked to like I am stupid is something I avoid. I picked a few items and went to the check-out stand. There was no one behind the counter although there were two employees at the front chatting and giggling. Neither of them greeted me when I walked in, btw. An irritated young man asked if I was ready and he said not one thing to me other than that question. No hello. No thank you. Nothing. He didn't even bother to tell me the total of my purchase. Since this has been my experience in this store before, I think the managers need to train their staff better.

It's super stuffy and it was only 82 degrees outside. I can not imagine how it feels inside the store when the weather is over the 90's and 100's. 2. They need more plus size clothing. When I went there was mostly XS or S. They have the smallest racks for plus size clothing in the corner of the store. Women come in many different shapes and sizes so it would be nice to see more clothes and racks for plus size. Very disappointed.

They will say the whole store is on sale and when u pay they tell you your item isn't part of the sale. That is false advertising. And they do that all the time.
