I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. Perhaps if I'd mentioned the people I've referred to her who've spent thousands, she'd have made the effort to respond. I met her once when a friend asked me to come with her for injectables and fillers for the first time. I won't waste anymore time trying to get her to call back, nor will I promote her business further.

The associate kept insisting I use a completely different line instead of listening to what I was asking for. I explained myself multiple times, but she still pushed another brand and then suggested taking me to someone else instead of actually helping. The staff did not feel friendly or engaged, and the experience came off as lazy and dismissive. I was visiting from out of town and was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the environment felt. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather drive to my usual Ulta location in Los Angeles, where customer service is consistently better.

I asked Anthonia if she could ring us up real quick while her customer had stepped away from the counter and Anthonia said um I can ring you up when I'm finished helping my current customer Anthonia then referred that client to yet another product to swap for. My guess Anthonia is best qualified for the floor vs the register where she can patiently help undecided customers make up their minds.
