He denied that it happened when confronted and said he "has been a stylist for years" so it could not have happened, which is not an excuse. I could feel and hear my hair ripping from my scalp as he ran the iron through my hair. What I saw immediately after confirmed what I felt was happening. Even after explaining this, he offered no apology and he was nasty and rude about it. Never once did he offer to correct the problem. I have patches of hair missing in the areas where my hair was ripped out from my scalp due to his negligence and heavy-handedness. I had known him to be a professional designer before this, but it seems that he has lost his touch. I am VERY disappointed because I thought he was a better human. I would never trust him with a hot comb ever again!

I don't recommend Strawberry Leopard it barely had pigment and that was in pretty much platinum blonde lightened hair. I was excited about it since the store had swatches and they seemed promising. I've never returned used product before- but the staff a fashion color themselves could tell by evidence of my hair the product didn't do the job! She made her recommendations and actually had two of the brands in her own hair and so it was nice to see the pigment and longevity of the color and the tones. I ended up going with Iroiro brand- I haven't washed it out yet but application went well - I used three colors and I'll definitely have enough for another application maybe even a third. It also smells really good!

First the girl could barely look up, and when I asked her about info that I could take with me, she said we don't have anything like that, but we have this sheet. I said but can I take it with me? Uhm...no, but you are welcome to take a picture of it with your phone. I said no thanks! I'll just go back to my regular salon, that DOES have printed hand outs right on the desk! And SHE smirked and said OKAY! I will say mine was the only car in the parking lot and they didn't have anyone even IN the salon tanning! This is poor customer service when you don't have a pricing guide, or business cards even, sitting on the counter top. It is sooo close to my home, but I WILL continue to drive to J&N all the way across town from me because they have fantastic counter people and wonderful customer service.
