I came in with dip, and he recommended switching to fiberglass because it doesn't require soaking off every visit or excessive filing, which helps keep your natural nails healthier. I was handed off to an older guy with ridiculously long thumbnails (which should've been my first red flag). He was rough, rude, and handled my hands like he was mad at them. I had to ask multiple times for him to fix obvious mistakes, and every single time he acted annoyed, like doing his job was an inconvenience. At one point I genuinely felt bad for the woman going next, because no one deserves that experience. My hands are probably going to be sore tomorrow, and I'm honestly shocked he didn't leave marks with how aggressively he was digging his nails into my skin the entire time.
