Policies were written, payment was made, and then SF made a retroactive decision to no longer write policies in FL. Please note that paperwork for coverage had been sent from State Farm. They did not honor their agreement that I received. Brandon and his assistant Ricky did little to help. I would steer clear of doing business with Brandon Keene or State Farm.

I had to chase my insurance agent down for a renewal packet and in the end out of negligence I just switched back to progressive paying a little more. I would hate to see if I actually had to depend on them for a claim. Pay the extra and go with a better company. I had to edit and add to the review. After I cancelled my policy a month later they debited $2600 from my account without permission. There was never an apology for the lack of communication or follow thru but just an apology for the inconvenience? Even then I still had to chase them for an answer. It's embarrassing that people like this operate a business in attempt to provide an essential service.

I submitted my new proof of insurance to them and no one got back to me . Now my car is suspended because someone didn't do their job. All you needed to do was just send it over to the DMV and let me cancel. They didn't even process it until a month later. We're in December why am I still working on this situation. This isn't a place you want to take care of your livelihood. I don't write reviews but this really needs to be address within your team members. If you don't like your job don't work in that environment. These are peoples lives you're messing with, do onto others as you would do to yourself. Being a human being isn't hard.
