I scheduled an appointment for a blow dry and curl styling and then on the phone I asked could I…read morealways go in and change it in person if I decide to do an updo instead and they said, of course, you can just tell your stylist then when I went to my appointment, I told my stylist that I wanted to do an updo instead of a hair curl style and she said oh I don't know how to do that and then I said on the phone when I looked at the appointment, they said I could change it and she said yeah you could do another stylist, but you would have to book another appointment. So instead, I told her I will still go on with a curling hairstyle but then she said if you will do an updo later you would have to just curl the ends and there's no need for me to do your hair. So I thought does she not want me to continue with my appointment and just to leave? Additionally, when she blow drying my hair, it felt like she was pulling it very aggressively. I feel like I lost 5% of my hair. And I showed her an info pic of what I wanted and the end result was nothing like the picture. She also tried to sell me on the hair products she used on me and I said oh I'll take a picture and maybe buy it later online and she replied you won't be able to buy those anywhere online they only sell them at salons that have contracts with the brand. I looked up the product and immediately found it on Amazon! At the end of the day the only great service that I got was the free Diet Coke.

Since I booked via ClassPass, I can't be 100% sure of the cost outside of that platform but it added up to be around what I would expect to pay for that service in the area, not a bargain, but not ridiculously overpriced as I see at some places. For me, I had several credits that were about to expire so it was a no-brainer to use them for a service before they did. My appointment was for 10AM when they opened and they were ready to take me right away. The salon is clean and comfortable. Veronica was friendly and put me at ease (I told her that I get anxious about getting my hair cut). She was easy to talk to, cut the perfect length and gave me advice on future services I might want without being overly pushy, trying to upsell or make me feel bad about the state of my hair which I really appreciated. My shampoo was very relaxing, my haircut was a much needed pick me up and my blowout looked pretty good the following day as well. I'd definitely go back here again.

I arrived on time for my brows, but the technician was late taking me back to the room. So late, in fact, that she told me to get off the table before my free bikini wax because, "my next client is here." Typical South Florida BS customer service. She took ME back late and the next client must have been a friend or something. As I mentioned, it's been a while so hopefully staff is learned about customer service since then.

After zelling receptionist, then clarified the payment I just sent for Zelle was for tip and not for the service. At this point, I was annoyed and found on their website the advertisement where it shows first wax free. She says OK but can't do anything about the fact that I just tipped 50% of the service. The company should really find themselves someone who is knowledgeable of the promotions offered by the company itself and can focus on one customer at a time upon checkout instead of trying to answer the phone and schedule other appointments while doing so.
