First time there, went for a long needed touch up on my Long layers and curtain bangs. Kind staff and welcoming. I showed various inspo pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. This haircut took 2.5 hours when it should only be taking an hour. My hair was constantly pulled at and tugged at. Felt as if I was being scalped. On top of that my hairdresser just kept cutting and cutting went way too short for my liking. No hair oil was used, curled my hair with a 350 degree iron with NO heat protectant. $500 for highlights is absurd!! First of all, over the phone i paid $130 as a down payment because i was a first time customer and the lady over the phone said my total would be around $350 all together. When i went in for my appointment, i was told the price would be over $475 after the lady already started on my hair!! Also charging an extra $65 for toner is insanity! That should always be included in the service. Not to mention the staff were not the most considerate and friendly people. The results were very subpar. I now see pieces of orange in my hair, due to a poor job toning. The lady who did my hair was very defensive when i told her that i was unhappy with the result. I will never be going back, this place is extremely overpriced. read more

I flew in from California and its been a year since I've gotten my hair done due to COVID. Anthony worked on my hair and did an amazing job! My hair is very long, thick and curly/frizzy and I wanted my hair to be lighter and not orange which has happened in the past. He took his time to make sure that everything blended nicely. He also did the best blow dry I've ever had. It looked like I got a Brazilian blow out. His assistant did an amazing job when she washed my hair and did a great massage. It makes all the difference in the world to have a wonderful group of people loving what they do. I love my stylist and have also enjoyed the talents of some of the other stylists. I (used to) go to this salon mainly because I want to only use Aveda products and because I like Anthony (he is great). However, last time I went to get the Aveda gloss I have been getting for years, they used something else that is NOT Aveda. I realized it once I had the product all over my hair smelling like chemicals. Once I was done I was told that they were NOT using Aveda any longer. I had stinky hair for a few days - like cheap/tacky salon, and frizz like I have never had before. My hair is also dryier and I need to use extra care to keep it as it used to be. Terrible.
