Let me start off my saying I've been in SALON360 once already since moving to Fayetteville/Eastover, and my first experience was absolutely GREAT. This time, however, it was AMAZING x100!!!! My first stylist was on maternity leave (she did a fantastic job), so I was set up with Hannah. I'm always a little nervous when I have a new stylist, but Hannah quickly sent my nervousness out the door. I came in a complete mess, as a result of very foolishly experimenting with a color mask on a whim (let's just say, I learned my lesson, and good; won't EVER be doing that again! We both weren't sure what could be done, but Hannah had an idea, started working, and as she progressed, it starting flourishing by the minute. By the time all was done, my self-made mess was not only corrected, but it came out AMAZING. FANTASTIC. I was completely blown away, and positively giddy when I left! Reserved my appointment online but my reservation was "kicked out" because it was double booked... a heads up would of been nice. And why was I able to book this time when she was already booked "weeks in advance"? No sorry, no notice, nothing. I get it, things happen, but finding out last minute that my appointment was canceled is frustrating. Especially when they don't seem to care. Not the best but definitely not the worst. A simple hair salon, nothing fancy. She did a nice job and pricing was very reasonable.

I set up an appointment for my daughter with X the hairstylist as she is listed as a stylist for curly hair. Drove 40 minutes to make her appt on time. Received a "your appointment has been canceled" notification as we pulled into the parking lot. I went in to ask for clarification about the situation and was told that the person who books the appointments had done so incorrectly and that she was not finished with the client that was scheduled prior to our appointment. I would think that a stylist would know how long each style should take and would be able to cancel well in advance since I had scheduled a week out. As a client, I would have yo cancel 24 hours out to avoid being charged a cancellation fee as well. When I told her that we had driven 45 minutes to get there and she smirked at me and said "we tried to call". The call was made when we were in the car almost at the shop. I thought that the sheer lack of respect for my time and the attitude with which her excuse was made was insincere and snide. If I could have given no stars, I could have. Please, a hair establishment, please learn how to treat your customers and try to learn more about running a business that focuses on their clients. Update: I went back today and Xio fixed the cut on my hair. She was able to fix the uneven ends, fix the bangs so they were uneven, and added face framing and layers so everything laid the way it should. I left finally feeling pretty and felt so much better about my hair. Highly recommend Xio. She gave a lot of attention to my hair and took her time to make sure it was done correctly. I have been going to this place for 3 years and it's sad to say that I will be having to find another place to go to.. I have been debating if I even wanted to write this review.. the last few times have been sh***... this last time I went I had to go back three different times to try and get it fixed and every time it was a complete disaster.. then to top it off it just seemed like they were upset that I came back to try and get it fixed. So the lady that was trying to fix it was next to the girl that initially cut my hair which made it awkward so I noticed that she wasn't cutting the girls hair and kept going back to the back and leaving the girl just sitting there so I guess apparently she wasn't going to start cutting her hair until I leave... so I guess that's why I just got the cut and didn't get the shampoo and style... was charged again which I don't mind paying but I just wanted it done/cut right... and still wasn't right.... So 3 different times and still couldn't get it right....so now I guess it's that time to go somewhere else... Amber Weekley is awesome! I originally chose to go here because Jc Penny salon had messed up my hair. I've gone to Salon 360 a dozen times now and have finally found a place I can trust with my hair to do a great job! The building itself doesn't look so nice on the outside but wait till you walk inside. It has a modern look and the customer service is wonderful! They also have complimentary coffee, tea, & water. Highlights and trim by Maral for 250! I didn't notice the poor work until I went to Ulta to have the stylist take pictures to show me! Spoke w/ Beverly the owner and Maral herself. Beverly takes zero accountability as well as Maral their lack of professionalism was SCARY! Beverly hung up the phone on me and Maral took zero responsibility nor offered to fix her mess! We recently moved here and I looked through yelps reviews and saw that they had really good review! They live up to their expectations. I thought they were friendly, clean and did exactly what I wanted. I went from a light golden brown/blonde to a dark brown with red undertones. She did a all over lowlight.(like a all over high light but with dark brown) I would suggest you call a head because they are very busy. Horrible management! I came in today for a keratin straightening treatment and was unsatisfied. The manager came in and was very rude and aggressive. She told the stylist to leave my hair how it is and told me to get out. This was my third time coming there and I was a good customer. My stylist was Gwen and she was amazing! I've never had my hair colored before and I was hesitant to walk into my appointment but I got the courage to go in and I don't regret a thing! My experience at Salon 360 was a good one! Erin was my stylist, and from the start she addressed my concerns and fears in having super curly hair and going to a salon. She and April are their Deva-Certified/curly hair specialists. She showed me pictures of some previous clients she'd had and it gave me hope that my hair would be fine. To be honest, as a curly girl who's had years of people telling me their nieces 'have hair just like mine' or 'my daughter is mixed too and her hair is like yours!', I unfortunately have grown to trust nothing but experience, because even those who've showed me pictures in the past have butchered my curls. But she did not! My hair definitely looked better upon leaving than when I had entered. The top two pictures are basically what my hair was like before, and the bottom two are the day of the cut, aka my results. She did a wonderful job of moisturizing my curls and they were so soft and fluffy that I didn't even know how to handle it initially; I wasn't used to them being that way! She also taught me very thoroughly how to use the products to get salon-quality results at home. Thanks to her I am a Deva fan and have found my favorite products. My rating is based solely on the end product of my visit. (Although my stylist did get very short with me towards the end of my visit after I had expressed my displeasure with her work, she made it clear she had been there all day and left me for someone else to blow dry while she took another client.) I came in with an ombré that had been done a couple months ago and wasn't what I had wanted. I decided to get something different than my norm(a dark to medium/light brown ombré) and asked for a dark auburn and brown look. She suggested that we use my ombré that was already in place and just color over that leaving some light pieces out to add depth. I agreed and we began. After the first rinse she immediately said it wasn't a rich color like I had wanted and she wasn't sure why. She brought over her manager who repeatedly asked me while I showed the initial photo of reference, "what do you see? How do you describe this color?" To which I didn't know what to say. I brought in the reference photos because that is what I wanted. I don't need to dig into my vocabulary to tell you how the color makes me feel. I want as close to that photo as possible. After two more trips to the bowl and a few "I guess we aren't seeing the same colors" type of comments I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere close to the look I was hoping for and just shut up while another girl dried my hair. I came in for a red/brown ombré look and left with a dark brown purplish look with no depth or variation in color throughout. The natural red I was looking for is nowhere to be seen in the head of hair I'm now forced to deal with. I'm really upset that I chose to head to this salon right before a big weekend. I had to keep back my tears while my stylist finished up. Whatever I had imagined was clearly not going to become reality and I was the only one who was going to be at a loss here. All in all, my four hour appointment was a bust. I had my previously existing ombré further butchered and left with color I could have achieved with a box and a friends help. $100+ the $20 tip I felt I should give for her time. Salon 360 was my life saver today. I had my hair messed up at another salon, and called salon 360 to see if they were able to squeeze me in today. Thankfully, they had a cancellation and Marina was able to fit me in. I was worried that I was going to have to cut my hair short, but Marina did her best to fix the messed up haircut. She was able to give me a more blended look without compromising the length. I'll probably be back a few more times until the previous cut is completely grown out. read more

I came in with better hair than I had left with. I know I don't know the hair terms as well but I showed pictures and explained what I did not want. Came out of the shop with what I did not want; no chunky colors please and please have the color follow through from the root. I wish the policy was a little more lenient and refundable rather than "come back and we will fix it". Although they gave me a phone call a few days later and offered to fix it thank you for the offer but I don't want to return to a place that made it this way in the beginning. I paid over 200 for this. So I turned elsewhere and showed the same photo to another hair stylist farther away and she had shared it with the salon owner who lifted my hair up to show me what was many many many more chunks of color that were uneven and all over the place. I want to highlight places that have curl friendly stylists. Salon 360 has deva curl trained stylists and I was eager to try. I cut off all my hair and was really nervous. My stylist knew what would be the right length to chop it without it sticking up (due to my curl). And when I came back the next day (anxious and over concerned about tiny silly issues) she took the time to fix my Concerns in a well rounded fashion. Deva cuts are a tad expensive but I think they're totally worth it due to the amount of attention paid to your personal hair type. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and people in this salon. New to the area I was excited when I was told they had someone on staff that does sew in extensions. I saw marina. She was very nice and moved my extensions up. Two weeks later I noticed they had slipped down my head and you could put your entire hand in-between them and my head. I called and a few days later she saw me. She saw and confirmed HER threading had come undone causing the extensions to come lose. She sewed them back in and moved them up. I booked another appointment with her in a few weeks to get them taken care of. Well a week or so goes by and the same thing happens. HER threading came undone and caused my extension to come down. I called to make an appointment to be seen to get them fixed. After not hearing anything for 2 days I call back. Finally 4 days later I get a phone call from marina who's solution is to find another salon. I said I am disappointed that your solution is to find another salon. It's your work that is at issue here. She then told me I already received a freebie. I couldn't believe I was receiving such disrespect because the service I received failed and I was asking for her to fix it. I demanded to speak to the owner. I explained to her that this is unbelievable that I'm being sent elsewhere when her stylists work is failing and that I am being disrespected by her stylist. At no point did I ask for a freebie. All I want is to have my extensions fixed. I had an appointment on the books and despite the failure before, I was coming back because mistakes happen. The owner said there must have been a miscommunication then but her stylist doesn't want to continue with services. When I told her I would be leaving a review and make sure my community hears about my experience here she told me not to threaten her and told me to listen to her. She then hung up the phone. I honestly have no idea how this salon is in business when the one job you have, you can't do successfully and you have no customer service skills. I just recently moved back to fayetteville and needed a new stylist and had a wonderful experience at Salon360. I have very curly hair and have had bad experiences with stylist who said they could cut curly hair, but reading about the deva curl on their website I felt a little better about trying them out. Suzannah was my stylist and she did an amazing job and was very friendly. She was very thorough with explaining the Deva curl products while she was using them on me, and when I was leaving even said I could call or come back in with my products so she could help me through it if I had any trouble. I am thoroughly pleased with my entire experience and results and will definitely go back to Suzannah again. read more

When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk. She offered drinks and then I was seen by the stylist, Kelly. Kelly was super friendly, washed my hair and did an amazing job. She took her time, and asked exactly what I wanted. After she styled it had no issue with just a few minor trims. She was very very friendly! I am looking forward to coming back for my next hair cut. Everyone seems so nice and my hair stylist was Kimberley. She was very quiet and there was not much conversation, but she was able to complete my haircut just like I wanted. My hair was in layers, but once I took a look they were too close together. Kimberley was able to cut a little more and give me exactly what I was looking for. Since she had to cut my hair again, the curls she had made were gone. I over heard her say "oh well" that the curls were gone, but she went ahead and asked if I wanted her to re do it. TERRIBLE!!! I paid $150 for highlights from Haley and you cant even see them! I called asking for a repair work appointment and asked if I would be charged for the repair work. One whole WEEK later and they never would tell me if there would be a charge. I called back and asked the receptionist Taylor if Beverly (the one supposed to do my hair) would give me a call or email. Nothing. I went in with light brown hair and wanted a cool toned balayage... I ended up walking out with my ENTIRE hair a bright YELLOW. I paid 200 dollars for it too. My hair is super important to me and now that this whole experience has destroyed my self confidence I am having to go to another salon to pay for a professional color correction. All in all I'm never going to have the hair I wanted let alone even close. By the end of all this I'll be broke with damaged hair!
