New hair who dis?!? Seriously, Michelle killed it! I haven't done anything to my hair in almost 2 years and I had no idea what I wanted done. I called ahead to make an appointment and 7 inches later and a new color I feel brand new! I also got my eyebrows done by their amazing esthetician! Looking for Eyelash extensions GO to Salon 828 and ask for Kelly! I have been getting Eyelash extensions for the last 4 years . Recently I had to find a local salon instead of commuting over a hour to get them done. I was so worried about the change of salon and concerned that I wouldn't be able to find as good of a service that I was use to. I booked an appointment with Salon 828 in Middletown De with Kelly. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! I waited to write my review for a few weeks to make sure my lashes would hold up and they have. They look as amazing 3 weeks later as they did the day I got them done. Kelly's technique and skill at applying the lashes is very very good. They are the perfect length that I described I wanted, no clumping, very little shed ( just your normal). They are lush and full and again I have to say these are the best set I have every had in all my years. Absolutely NO need to supplement with mascara of any kind . I have had many compliments. If you are thinking about getting lashes I highly recommend Kelly at Salon 828. I go to the Middletown De location but I understand she also works in the Wilmington De location also. Oh the price $$.....you absolutely can NOT beat the price for a new set. Do your research and you will agree. read more

What a wonderful place, with the kindest owner and stylists!! Clean, professional, welcoming....it's clear the owner takes pride in their business and the stylists really enjoy the work they do. This was my first visit here, and I decided to try color and a new style with a new (to me)stylist. Meggan did my cut, color, and eyebrows, and I couldn't be more pleased. She looked at my pictures, and chose colors that would compliment my skin and eyes. The cut was exactly the shape I was looking for and it turned out overall better than expected. This place is beyond gorgeous! Every time I walk in, I instantly feel relaxed. I have been a client of the Wilmington location since they first opened so I was estatic to hear they were expanding and opening a second location! The owners did an amazing job with decor- everything is so classy and clean. I have seen a few different stylists there for my typical balayage and haircut and they are all amazing. I am frequently in the Middletown area and I am so happy to finally have a great salon around. Before this place opened, there was essentially nothing around the area that compares to this place. Was taken advantage of got hair dyed all one color, dark brown, and not only did they charge me for that they used foils that were unneeded and then charged me another 90.00 for that prices are outrageous and i didnt even leave with what i wanted done. I called back to see what they could do to remedy the situation and was told they would refund me a laughable 10.00 out of 215.00. Also when I called was told that they stylist was very experienced and never made a mistake on a ticket. She may not have made a mistake on a ticket but certainly made one in my hair. I will be going somewhere else to get this fixed. read more
